@gar2d21 Addingf to what he said, you'll NEED new strings, 10s won't work in Drop B, Drop D, sure, but anything lower than C# you need 11s or 12s. People will tell you they're harder to push down, it doesn't matter, it will make you better and it's really not that different. You could also buy skinny top heavy bottom strings, which will have the top three heavier for drop tuning but the bottom three (G B and E) are still as if it were a set of tens. That's probably the best option.

no i dont have the same guitar but i have been playin guitar for nearly 9 years, i actually have 9 guitars, and i started out with a low end guitar but it really does not matter what kind of guitar u have as long as he loves the guitar and it sounds good to his ears thats all that matters, here u are criticising this guy and yet u have no videos of you playing on youtube, so take ur comments else where
