They only reaffirmed my dreams, err, those lea**, what we saw in the game itself, the Penacony 2.0 trailer, etc. Yet there will some Honkai: Star Rail players who still denied it all - some even claiming that as the game progressed, they grew more convinced that Firefly wasn't Sam and proclaimed that others who thought or knew Firefly was Sam were wrong. I’m glad that Firefly is alive but how did she avoid death? Unless it’s true that no one can truly die in the dreamscape and that the worst thing that could happen to you is waking up. However, if that’s really the case then why would Gallagher use “Death” the memory zone monster to kill people if they can just wake up and report him to the authorities?
What about the clone? Or the theory that the firefly we encountered is a robot with separate memories and emotions, or sam who actually has a separate personality, we know that previously "Firefly" was with sam before she died, well this is just a theory

My theory is: After a "death" in Dream World they just go to the Real Dream World which is basically a chaotic and uncontrolled Space. This is why Gallagher said: "Want an answer? I'll give it to you" and then "kills" Sunday to send him to Real Penacony.
Btw spoilers but leaks confirmed that the final boss in 2.2 will be Sunday so he didn't die here and we will meet him again
