This mod is so cute! At first, Gordan and the Antilions start off as bitter enemies, but when a guardian accidentally helps him, and Gordon stops a machine torturing Grubs for energy, they fight alongside each other, both going home free. So fucking cute.
I agree, I literally cried when I saw the end.

I wish Valve were releasing little episodes like this of half-life universe. It wouldn't harm hl3 brand and keep fans very happy.
With all the over-hype and whatnot, they're deciding against it for the fear of disappointment of the fans, in case the product isn't as good as they anticipated.
But I do have something worth mentioning. It has been rumoured that valve is working on a little half life 2 VR game, possessing a small story that deviates from the main story with a different character.
Don't expect much, though, cuz it's VR. You can only do so much, outside of picking up that can

No, it's not a total conversion of the hl2 campaign to VR, it's _set_ in the time of hl2, but it's a different story.
Armin studios yes I'm aware of half life 2 vr with a different story, it isn't confirmed though this is just a assumption because of the leaks, if valve were to make "half life 2 VR", the community would go insane because it isn't half life 3.

when I played this mod in 2018, I was surprised at what this farm was made for. I suspected that maybe the alliance is raising ant lions for treatment. Alex answered all these questions.

The guardian actually has the upper hand vs the strider the strider is high up and depends on slow attacks and has thin legs if the guardian just smashed all of its legs it would be helpless
