But I suddenly broke out, checked the ingredients, and it turns out the formula was changed & mineral oil is now one of the top ingredients! Had I not known about what to look for, I probably would have fallen down the "nothing works & I'm back at square one" rabbithole. But instead, I got one of their other moisturizers & all I have to do is keep caring for my skin while I wait for it to heal from the mineral oil. Putting in the time to absorb your info is really paying off in peace of mind, let alone in my healthier, happier skin.

Hi Olena! You look great with this colour! I had pimples since I'm a teen. The only thing that keep things at bay for me is the use of a Vit A cream. So glad I've discovered that (better later than never) and I'm not gonna stop it since it's a great antiageing too. Love x
i actually feel so sorry for my skin bc i destroyed it with actives i feel so bad :// i have started to use the three step moisture method and cut out all actives so i hope it works bc my skin is so damaged it feels waxy and i'm getting random breakouts and even a cyst
Yes acne is definitely curable! I’ve had a complicated relationship with my skin, there was a time that I hated it. I realized the less time I spend thinking about it the easier it heals. I have marks and stuff now but acne is not that bad and I honestly have you to thank for that and the 3 step moisture. Hehe It’s not perfect and I wish for the marks to go away but I am no longer seeing my skin as something “impossible” I see it with love and care.

Funny how the evidence just continuously mounts and PROVES to you that the decision and mindset shift is key. As soon as I had somewhat reverted back to old, useless programming, BAM- I created what I was focusing on. As soon as I righted it, the clogs healed IN A DAY. Also found that if you get glowy af skin from great products and consistency but don’t change your mindset, you start hunting for other “problems” to obsess over- weight, facial features, personality- literally anything. Gotta change that paradigm, otherwise the paradigm just continues to be implemented.
I want clear skin so badly. I have had cystic acne for 10 years. I currently use bioderma sensibio (the pink one) and also the micellar water from bioderma, the hydrabio gel moisturizer and elta MD sunscreen. I try to keep it really simple but still break out in cysts so I don’t know what I’m doing. People say your pillowcases can also break you out so Idk. Your thoughts are appreciated.

But three days ago something happened to my skin when ever I wash my face with face wash after few minutes of washing my acne area skin become red. What is this? Olena!! I've managed to clear my skin by getting rid of the squalane oil and introducing a chemical exfoliator! I have a couple questions that I'd love for you to answer! I was wondering if it's safe to use lactic acid and/or mandelic acid morning and night? I have both in my skincare collection. Of course i'd use a good spf during the day but is exfoliating twice a day just too much? I would also love for you to recommend a good hydrating moisturiser for my normal to slightly dry skin. I find that gel moisturisers just don't do it for me! xxx
