I wish I could get some racing started in my area. I want to get into the touring car game, but I would be doing it alone in my part of America. Seems like it would be popular in a part of the country that has winter. But I guess not.

Hi Patrick, informative video as always, noticed the interesting damper sets you have on your car, looks like you can alter the damper by turning a collar. Whats the brand and do they work well? Thanks

The Mugen shocks have oil viscosity numbers on top. A plastic ring is used to mark which oil is currently in the damper, just as a reminder.

Which shock position gives you more power on demand upright or laying down

      Slow RC Mike
I think you mean more traction when you accelerate out if a corner ?
For that a more upright shock will give you more stability!

Excellent video nice and clear ^^
What is side bite? And when do we need it?

      guillaume leclercq
side bite is the traction you need when you are in a corner or in a fast direction change. so whenever you are cornering the traction we need there is called „side bite“. When you are accelerating we are talking about „forward traction“‘

The car in the video is the Mugen MTC1.
The new MTC2 looks even better and performs amazing as well :-)

@@patrickbeckrc2113 I want to get into touring cars but they sound very expensive. Do you think I can get one second-hand?
