Hi Ryan. Rest assured that you have not blasphemed the Holy Spirit. If the Spirit has left you you would not have this concern. It is a trick of the devil to make us feel that we have lost the connection. Keep trusting inspite of and know that the times when you feel that you are alone God is carrying you. While I understand where he’s coming from, I disagree with Ryan’s interpretation of Isaiah 58:13 speaking of “business pleasure.” While it certainly includes business, I believe the idea is much more broad than business alone, but also our own desires and pleasures that may be lawfully enjoyed on other days that aren’t set apart for God. After all, He claims that day as His (“…on My holy day)
So when my family was younger we had a place in the mountains. We didn’t get to go to this place often but when we did we enjoyed as a family a family activity snowmobiling. This was something we often prepared for on the sabbath. During that activity we stopped and would eat lunch enjoy our freedom, snow capped mountains, frozen lakes and freedom of work and labor and and at the same time honoring the sabbath. When I was younger I remember my parents having very specific activities deemed sabbath approved such as nature walks. I wonder does God value the family nature walk in 1972 and the family snowmobile day in 2012 the same? I liked your return to the question because I have at times struggled but I have come to conclusion that as long as I’m honoring Gods, maybe enjoying nature in several different ways, sharing time with our family, and God wants us to experience enjoyment. Another example that comes to mind is my wife and I enjoy fishing and have enjoyed setting on the lake on many a sabbath but again an activity that brought us personal joy on the sabbath. It’s not my dads idea of 1972 bird watching so I think personal satisfaction and change of activity can be part of a great sabbath day.
The analogy that Ryan used is right on. If I had concerns about him being misleading in any way, I would really look close at context-context, I have followed closely all teachings from 3ABN programs and have never found any errors in their interpretations of scriptures. It is really good to check their analysis os scripture because we are all human and subject to errors. Thank God for His Holy Spirit to help us in these situations. God bless.
Ellen G White never claimed to be a Prophet! She called herself a messenger of God!The spirit of prophecy is not the exclusive domain of the S.D.A. church.The church up to the 1844 message had the spirit of prophecy in it.We have a solemn responsibility to separate Ellen Whites standing and the bibles standing as it is in truth. Ellen White like Paul put forth their own opinions at times .Paul states this fact.When we declare with uncontravertable authority that Ellen White was and is unquestionable and infallible we do damage!The empathise should be on the word of God.
The two witnesses are really only an answer of assumption the scripture reports to last day events in physical sense not symbolizaion. Disagree completely.

The book is mostly prophetic. The 1260 days (also 3 1/2 days v 9,11) is the same period the papacy would reign. So, when the Bibles were taken away and illegal to have at the risk of death, the 'Old and New Testaments' - two witnesses were clothed in sackcloth. At the start of the protestant reformation it was the Bible, Old and New Testaments - two witnesses, that brought about the age of enlightenment. After 1798 the Word began to be more available.

The two witnesses is more properly rendered as the law and the prophets or simply the Word of God.
