A challenging but exciting adventure! Congrats to the team for your determination to scale up the mountain despite the tough weather and terrain. This is a clear indication of guys who are willing and ready to get out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves- no pain no gain
I grew up 2hrs out from the foot of this Mt.Watching this now from Portland, Oregon wondering how come I've never been up there?Been to close to 200 hikes in the US.Next year will be in Kenya for 3 to 4 months and my goal is to do most of this hikes you have done.
Thank you! It was during August. The road was between our camp (Rongai) and Road End (a dead end). From Road End, the footpath to the summit commences.
Hi some of my friends and I were inspired by this hike and are planning on trying this out could you get me in touch with a touring company or guide please?
I made this video exclusively for myself and co-hikers. Little did I know that the general public would watch. Maybe I’ll try narration some day, but it’s not my thing.
@@aykiplagat Thanks for response - the video is excellent btw! But people like me who can't travel are fascinated by detail. Music is fine for TV travel programmes!
What a beautiful our mountain is ,I love and admire that tour nature ,actually so amazing. Welcome all .
Quality vlog, nice music 👍
Beautiful scenery can't wait to get back home and go for an expedition.
Literally saw my house when the plane was taking off from Wilson airport lol

It is uncharted territory for most locals, let alone Kenyans. We were the only hikers on that day. Welcome back.

Was in Elgon national park just 2 weeks ago
This place is beautiful, read about it in a book.

Next time utusho bro
The music is so distracting😢.
I must be one of the old fuddy duddies - hated the music overlay. I wanted someone to explain everything, to listen to the sounds of life...

@@travelbugse2829 I appreciate the feedback
We watch because we want to know the do and don't when we are planning for our future hiking.
The music in this video is really unfitting
Thanks for the feedback
