As someone who deals with mental health issues and has also worked in an advocacy agency that helped people with mental health struggles, I can tell you that people who are in the grips of a depressive episode may not express their feelings outwardly because of the social stigma attached to mental illness and/or because they are not able to articulate what they are going through. And often when people are showing outward signs of a depressive episode or other types of mental health struggles, and then they suddenly act like everything is okay, but at the same time they start to focus on organizing their surroundings and getting their legal and financial affairs in order, that is not a sign that they have resolved the problems causing their mental health struggles. Quite the contrary, a sudden change in demeanor and activity level can be a warning that the person in question is planning to self-harm in some way or the change in behavior can signal that they are planning to commit suicide. It's easy for friends and loved ones to miss the telltale signs of someone who is in a suicidal state because the person who is experiencing that will often try to hide their true intentions.

Twitch was an amazing spirit. I have loved him for years. Ever since SYTYCD. I hate this was his end. He brought so much joy through dance. Rest easy 😢

I think he was somebody's sacrifice. Some rising star who twitch might have helped to be recognized or the needed exposure needed nowadays. RIP Twitch.

This one will forever baffle me. Why didnt he reach out and get help. It just seemed so random and out of character. I suffer from depression, i get it, but im so sad that he didnt try to get help. The world lost such a light.

With suicide you never get the answers, even if notes are left because there's so many questions or what ifs. I come from a family with a history of suicides and the what ifs can make you crazy, they are on loop in your mind for the rest of your life. What if I asked this, what if I answered the phone, what if I came home. The other issue too, is that when someone actually has made the decision to commit suicide, they have their plan, they know exactly when and how, they become happy and calm. Because they know the light is at the end of their dark tunnel. So many times I hear, but they were so happy that week. They were the best they've been. That's because they'd made the decision and knew it was over. And that's what is so hard preventing suicide because if someone appears the best they've been and happy and calm, why would you worry??

I just want to echo what others have said so it stays visible in these comments. I also have dealt with clinical depression and also other mental health issues. I thought I could not go on because it felt like it would never get better. IT GOT BETTER!! If you are dealing with depression or other mental health issues, it will get better. I promise. Many promise. Talk to someone and tell them how you are feeling. Hang in there. IT DEFINITELY DOES GET EASIER AND BETTER!❤💙

You all should go to their channel and find episode number 38 so you can watch the whole clip. Stop making wild accusations based off 60 seconds of shit taken out of context. This entire comment section is making me lose faith in the intelligence of humanity. You all lack the ability to reason and use logic.
