Listening to this for the first time in March 2024. Doing a wiki search on this is so gratifying.
I happened across Bonfire in 2024 as well, and what a rush. I feel like I missed out on so much, but both Jay & Dan are some of my fav comics out there. Long live classic Bonfire, crackle crackle!
Since the death of Opie and Anthony, The Bonfire is the best alternative I have found. You deserve so many more views and subscribes for these edits. Thanks man!

All I hear when they do the Philly accent is Bam Margera,(pro skater,Jackass) his Westchester, PA accent was way more worser than Jay's.

I don't know why there aren't any drops of Dan or Jay, Dan's "YOU WANNA GO, SINGLE-WIDE?!" at the beginning of the show was hilarious.
Prime has a good "real" ghost footage movie called The Blackwell Ghost. It's probably bullshit like most other movies of that genre but it's done pretty damn well and is entertaining.

FYI, there are no federal laws about death disclosures- it is state-by-state. Most states say if there was a murder, that has to be disclosed, but there are a few states (like mine) where that is not the case, and there are some states that require you to disclose even nonviolent deaths. Personally, I can only understand the desire to know if you were worried about the area being crime infested, or if the violent death involved something like a meth explosion, which could affect the house (chemicals and such). I really don't understand worrying about superstitious nonsense like ghosts. For instance, if the area was low crime in general, but the house I wanted previously had owners where the man cheated and the wife killed him (or vice versa), I would be fine with buying that house. If the murder was because it is a high drug area though, with gangs and such, then I would rethink; same if a meth lab blew up.

Badder Ben is even better. The prequel really sucked. The acting was like watching porn but the third movie was excellent. I laughed my ass off. In fact, skip the second movie and go right to the third.
