I wish that more people were as happy as you two are along with your entire family. The fact that y'all *Love* each other and are *Loving parents to your children* is something that is very rare. You enjoy one another by laughing, giving each other attention and just being together. With my immediate family it's the complete opposite. I won't get into it but I just wanted y'all to know that everyday when I watch a video of your families it helps me get through another hard day. ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 My family is very interesting with a lot of different parents. We are a blended blended family as I Call it. I actually have a blended blended family of my own now too. Hubs of 16 years and 2 bios sons (with 2 different fathers and now obviously ex husbands) and then I have 2 bonus boys (and then we have his ex wife). I love being a bonus mama and hubs loves being a bonus dad. I think we’ve done well. Our family is close for sure. Our boys are now grown. Our last is actually off to college in just a month shewy trying hard here I can’t decide whether to celebrate or curl up and bawl lol 😝 But back to my childhood family ~ My siblings are 8,9,10 and 11 years older and they live legit all over the country and each of us has at least 3 kids some 5 so it’s harder to travel affordably so we don’t know each other like I’d love to. Still we have a good family. ~~~~My in laws however whew it’s tough real tough. Hubs whole family lives within like 2 miles of each other. That can be great for some families but understandably with my family being so physically distant we are more removed from each other by default so it took (and still does) A LOT to get used to and finally I had to really have a talk with him about how we really need to do “OUR FAMILY” and keep them out of our everyday. Once they started telling me how to parent shew …but that said I think we finally have a good rhythm going. Now they they are all grown 😂 Anywho all that to say you’re right and I’m sorry hugs 🤗 to you. You’re NOT alone! ❤️ 🙏🏻

It's crazy and am so happy you guys are doing this because just in the first 2 videos you have answered some questions I've had because you 2 never really talk about your childhood or growing up brothers. I am a Christian. I know you are Mormon. I have family in Idaho who are Mormon. I can’t understand your religion but I was taught many years ago to respect others choices about loving The Lord. I’m glad to see you don’t hide your faith in Jesus Christ. So many people who do what you do won’t discuss or admit to a relationship with Jesus Christ. God is the most important over all.

Derik, there is no such thing as a dumb question. The only dumb question is the one that you don’t ask. I had a teacher that taught me that. It is always better to ask questions so that you fully understand something than to remain silent and keep your questions to yourself. ☺️ By the way, I have loved your first two videos. I live in AZ, and then I have a sister that lives in Boston, and a sister that lives in Denver. So even though we are all really close, we don’t live nearby each other and don’t get to see each other as often as we would like to. Although we are going to spend ten days in Hawaii together at the end of this month. But anyway, I am living vicariously through your brother bond until I get to see my sisters again.
