We have lived on our boat for 12 years and none of us have fallen in, but our beloved dog who has now died did. He tried to lap the canal, bent down and did a flull flip over!
Oh bless him ❤️ I bet he gave himself a bit of a fright. Luckily dogs know how to swim instinctively!!

there really made well, so chuffed with them, lets hope they dont get to damaged , we started in December but we told them they could take there time and that we weren't in a huge rush , I think the turn around is quite fast normally

Absolutely bloody brilliant guys. I love the back being covered, it’s protection from the sun when partially open, the breeze can flow through but protection from the cold and rain when the weather isn’t real good. So happy for you. Looks so good. 💕

There was 4 of us on a rowing boat and 2 of us stood up to change rowing and it tipped up. On the FossDyke with huge nettles on the bank. The girl friends were screaming. When we got out a local fire engine turned up and it was all my mates from the village. So they were taking the mickey.

Forgot to mention that IF you should start to have a problem with condensation again in the front area (horrible thought) purchase two computer fans and hook them up so that one fan blows air into the problem space and one fan blows air out of it.

They are granade pins.The way they have done the front cover you don't want to be cruising with the bottom edges clipped in place unclip them and tuck them inside so when you scrap along lock walls you will only have to replace clips and not have to have the cover repaired (if you want to see what happens when you don't tuck them in I can send you photos of mine 😢😢😢😢😢) as for falling in I done 35yrs before i fell in.
ahhhh thats the one, no thats a very good point, the idea was to stop raining coming in but I can see your point when bumping into bits, probably best to tuck them in when cruising. thanks for the advice ....woaw 35 thats very good going

Haha, that's exactly what we did on the first trip out ! 15 years ago! It kept going though until wind tore it off a few years later! We spent a fortune on a new one and they did such a bad job it sags like a sad teabag and water dribbles in from the gunnels ... Grrr arghh

The gauntlet has been thrown-down. The challenge has been issued. Today, April 2, 2024 Boat time flashed a superimposed picture of Chris on their filthy dirty shop vac, and it's not even a Titan. Oh the shame. I can think of several comeback actions that you could take. I'll leave that up to you and your devious imaginations.
