If the first thing that goes through your mind is how could heat&power your home for a year with that sum, then the watch is obviously not aimed at you.
@@patrik3450 If £4k is your idea of “entry level” I have some ‘entry level’ luxury magic beans which in 2023 were just £4k, but are now still a bargain at £6k. Wire me the money. 😂
For me the only really good watches at W&W were the L U Chopard XPS Forest Green and the green and gold VC Overseas (both completely outside my price range). Most of the rest seemed targeted at The Liberace Fan Convention.
Great video, Richard. Thanks. What do you think of the new Bremont Supermarine and the Mont Blanc Deep 4810 stealing the look of the Geckota Ocean Scout? Imitation is the highest form of flattery, I guess.
Nomos Glashutte has never impressed me as I really am not into Bauhaus design and I agree on skelotonised watches, that the design suddenly becomes irritating when telling the time and that ridiculous Gold Rolex Deapsea takes the biscuit. Can’t say that I’m over impressed with any of them!
Oris did near to nothing for W&W, yet RUclipsrs continue to praise them. Oris have produced boring trash for the past couple of years, and their in-house movements are having lots of issues which is completely glossed over by watch influencers.
Since this is not a personal channel, maybe a good idea to not present this to a broad audience in front of what appear to be firearms. Also, the entire background makes the criticism of Nomos (of all brands) design choices hilarious.
I completely agree with you on skeletonized dials.
£4000 is a “bargain”? You could heat and light your home and pay for your car insurance for a year with that kind of money! 😅
I bought mine 2018 Bb41 in-house for 2700$
£4000 is an entry level watch to watch collectors, it’s an expensive hobby. People who collect watches don’t give household bills a second thought.

I mean you could have a great Thailand trip too. But this watch is entry level

Great review of the show; I'd love to attend that show one day.
Looking forward to the YG Deepsea myself.

Great selection of watches. Nivada watches are a winner
I totally agree. Having the movement displayed on the face of the watch, is definitely a NO NO for me.
Im getting epileptic from the fast changing in videos
Second that!

NG are a phoenix brand. They haven't been making watches since 1950s.
Not really turned on by anything at the show this year, my prediction for 2024 is the year of the microbrand
Great review but that last watch is lazy and outdated now.
They missed the boat by 3/4 years
Love them, but the nivada looks like a rattley junker in person.
Keep sleeping

Oh shut up
Um, you make no sense.

Ohhhhh! Scary firearms!
Sorry, what's with the guns?
