Mia can sing (She's main vocal), can dance (She's main dancer) and can rap (In Adios era). She's very well - rounded (Not that the other girls are not)

As someone who has had the pleasure of seeing EVERGLOW live, I cannot stress enough how underutilized/underappreciated Onda is as a performer within the group and among fans. Even when sharing a stage with a heavyweight like Mia, Onda is really eye-catching!

Well I’m dancing since 2 years and for me EU is slightly better than Onda. As you said, her major mistake is that she under dances a lot but this definitely doesn’t affect her that much at the point to be 3rd. EU also have the 2nd best stage presence in EVERGLOW imo, like you can feel her and of course her facials are always on point which makes her charisma on stage really incredible. Onda is not a bad dancer, and I love her with all my heart but you said she could be main dancer in another group but I also disagree with this. I feel like she is a (slightly) above average lead dancer, but not main dancer. I think she sometimes restraints her power at some area which makes some of her moves stiffs. You have a lot of really valid points and counter arguments, which I will take into consideration for my next dance ranking video 😊
I’m a dancer myself and I’ve been learning for 6-7 years. I personally think Onda and E:U are on the same level. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses. They can under dance at times and have some problems with their “monotone expressions.” While E:U lacks versatility, she has AMAZING stage presence. Onda is the most versatile dancer in Everglow, but her stage presence is not at the level of E:U and Mia and maybe even Aisha. In my opinion, E:U is an average main dancer, while Onda is an above average lead dancer with potential to become an average main dancer.
Kpop Egghead we can’t really say that E:U lacks versatility since she hasn’t shown anything, Yiren has alot of versatility bc she has shown her Chinese dancing and Onda also has it bc of that one video and bc of her background. E:U can dance very good to all the songs they cover, i just think she needs to show her versatility more.

I really appreciated the points you made about Onda's strengths and weaknesses as well as E.U.'s. Taking those into consideration I would honestly rank them the same. The only difference for me is that I find E.U.'s dancing more pleasant to watch, and that's just a personal preference.
like, as a dancer I can appreciate the technique of the entire dance line (Everglow has a really strong dance line, one of the strongest of 4th gen imo) but as afan I just looooove watching Mia specifically. I totally get what you mean about her weaknesses, and I did notice them too, but I feel like even just this year Mia's consistency and particularly facials have greatly improved. Everything about her stages is just so captivating and it's why she's my bias, everything she does on stage just draws me to her more than the others.

I'm part of the peeps who judge Yuehua for their unfair treatment and obvious favoritism towards the members. My bias is also Onda. That said, I think anyone with a dance background can easily tell that Mia is the best dancer in EVERGLOW. I absolutely agree too! Anyhoo, thank you for noticing how good Onda is at dancing! I agree that her dancing is underrated, especially to people who don't watch a ton of EVERGLOW content. I've always been unsure as to who I would rank second. I think this is a difficult choice! not gonna lie but when i first started watching Everglow, my eyes immediately went to Onda just because there was something about her that was eye-catching. I later realized that it was because of her fluidity (yes, i also am a dancer and i always tend to love kpop idols who are more fluid lol). But tbh, i am not gonna deny that Mia is one of the best dancer for the 4th gen. I think the hate that she has is more because people didn’t like the fact that she gets to have all the main positions. However, I do not think that the hate and blame should be given to Mia but rather to the entertainment. At the end of the day, Mia is just working and if I have to be honest, every single performances of hers just automatically scream why she deserves those positions.
I don't know to you guys but I can ABSOLUTELY see why Mia has the title of being the Main Dancer. Onda is quite amazing but in my opinion, Mia has better musicality, attitude, and facial expression. I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees this. BUT AGAIN, THEY'RE BOTH AMAZING.
The biggest mistake of the fandom was putting Onda on last place in dance rankings... (Yes, I already saw some people doing this at the beginning of her career, in the Bon Bon Chocolate era)
renjunswhore LOL she kinda did ... the tutu was a weird style (actual tutu material but cut like a normal skirt and layered) and it was placed way too high on her waist compared to the other girls’ skirts (as in to the point that you could clearly see her safety shorts in any position). it also prevents some of her isolations from being shown because the tutu is so damned fluffy
I was kinda taken aback when u put e:u third but since it’s you who makes the rankings I’m not that surprised anymore cause your ranking includes good explanations

My ranking but (note that i learned dancing from a company in korea but im not gonna tell where since i quit i trained for 3 years and my main position is vocal anyways) 1 Mia - her fluidly, facials and flexibility is actually pretty good since she have very good control over her body yes i agree she underdance so,etikes but her facials make up for it her performance are captivating 2 E.U she is a main dancer for a reason she actually fits everglow concept is just that she needs more exposure and since shes the smallest member she might look to under dance or overdance but no she dosent only sometimes she has perfect fluidly and her rhythm is very well covered 3 Onda She is a above average lead dancer she is very good at performing her only downside is her facials and energy but anyways shes above average as a lead dancer 4 Yiren Her background in chinese dancing helped her flexibility her power is kind of weak it fades and her facials is ok she is a good center 5 Aisha she can actually be a lead dancer if the concept is like ITZY which is more powerful dance aisha fits more powerful dances and yes she has great chances to improve more 6 Sihyeon the weakest dancer is actually a very good idol dancer she has great facials flexibility and power but she lacks stamina and consistency

no offence but I'm a dancer too and I totally disagree with you, my ranking would be: 1- e:u 2- mia 3- onda 4- yiren 5- sihyeon 6- aisha edit: you asked for my reasoning so here it is I'm not good at English so I'm sorry for any mistake, and I'm going to talk about the basics bc it will take me so long to write everything (as I said I'm not good at English) 1- e:u: she doesn't underdance/overdance and she is the second member with the cleanest technique (first is onda). she has a perfect balance between fluidity, energy, sharpness, etc and that's the main reason I rank her first. also she is really versatile and has good memory but she needs to work on her facials. 2- mia: her technique is just not as good as e:u because she tends to underdance, but she has great presence facials and energy 3- onda: I think she has the best technique in everglow. the problem is that she is not as versatile as mia/e:u and also she lacks facials and presence, but when it comes to hip hop definitely she is the best. 4- yiren: she has amazing facials, energy and presence, but her technique is not as clean as the other members and she tends to overdance and sometimes to underdance. I think her best strength is her flexibility and her unique presence, but she is not versatile. 5- sihyeon: sihyeon is not a bad dancer, but sometimes her movements are weak and she tends to underdance. also she is not versatile and her facials are not as good as the other members. 6- aisha: her facials energy and presence are great but her long limbs make her seem awkward and sometimes she is stiff. we haven't seen much of aisha's dancing tho

i DEFINITELY agree about onda. even though mia is my bias and i was taken by her dancing in the first place, whenever i actually focus on onda, i'm just blown away by her skills. i'm really surprised it's overlooked, perhaps it's bc everyone's more focused on her getting more lines (which she deserves), but her dancing is deserves so much praise.
As a professional dancer (with height disadvantage), I 1000000000% agree with your statements. But overall, when they perform songs like MOON and Adios that have really sharp movements, you can see just how in sync they are. You should make a video of them being in sync (it scares me sometimes)
I agree with most of the video but i personally find Onda shines in harder concepts rather than softer concepts. Yes her facials might need some work but her body control shows so well in the boygroup dance covers they did. She really improved her facials in La Di Da so i think she still has lots of potential

I think the thing that makes it hard for Aisha is her long arms and legs that can affect her control and ability to dance how she wants coming from someone who also has long legs and arms it is not easy for us
i agree with this list onda is amazing and as a dancer i can really see she is trained. she shines with hip hop and she could be #1 on this list if she had more confidence and more opportunities because she is by far the cleanest and has the best technique!
Me seeing Onda being an underrated dancer(which I also agree with), E:U is a more underrated and underappreciated dancer than Onda. Having the least views in fancams, also YueHua doesn't let her show her full potential IN DANCING. I just hope YueHua lets her show her skills in dancing.
In some point of techniques onda is better than E:U, also in some point of techniques E:U is better than onda,example onda is better on taking angles and put more fluidity on her dances while E:U is always consistent with her stamina and she's very smart to make her moves in sync with song rhythms, so in my opinion they both on the second place.

Hey girl, don't feel sorry for disagreeing with my list; I take no offense whatsoever 💙 I find it really cool and interesting to hear other peoples point of view, and it helps me with my dance rankings! You have a lot of really valid points and counter arguments, which I will take into consideration for my next dance ranking video 😊
I’m a dancer myself and I’ve been learning for 6-7 years. I personally think Onda and E:U are on the same level. Both have their own strengths and weaknesses. They can under dance at times and have some problems with their “monotone expressions.” While E:U lacks versatility, she has AMAZING stage presence. Onda is the most versatile dancer in Everglow, but her stage presence is not at the level of E:U and Mia and maybe even Aisha. In my opinion, E:U is an average main dancer, while Onda is an above average lead dancer with potential to become an average main dancer.

Kpop Egghead we can’t really say that E:U lacks versatility since she hasn’t shown anything, Yiren has alot of versatility bc she has shown her Chinese dancing and Onda also has it bc of that one video and bc of her background. E:U can dance very good to all the songs they cover, i just think she needs to show her versatility more.

Mia 100% earned that dance break, just because she got a lot of lines it doesn’t mean that she shouldn’t have gotten the dance break as well. They’ve only had 3 title songs and y’all were ready to rip Mia and her skills to shreds.

I seriously hate when people say that E:U and Onda are better than Mia, just because they want their faves to receive more attention. I'm pretty sure that if Mia was the one who doesn't receive lines and center, and E:U the one who does, people would be like: "oOh, MiA iS sO mUcH bEtTeR tHaN eU. Eu TeNdS tO oVeRdAnCe AnD bLa BlA bLa", but since it's Mia who has taken everybody's lines because of THEIR COMPANY, she is the one whose talent is being ignored or denied by the people who call themselves "fans".This isn't Mia's fault. Y'all keep trying to find invisible flaws on her dance to overrate Onda and E:U. This is ridiculous. She IS everglow's best dancer, that's a fact. I agree that Onda and E:U deserve more than what they are getting(much more, actually), but that's not an excuse for y'all to be underrating Mia's talent.
I really appreciated the points you made about Onda's strengths and weaknesses as well as E.U.'s. Taking those into consideration I would honestly rank them the same. The only difference for me is that I find E.U.'s dancing more pleasant to watch, and that's just a personal preference.
like, as a dancer I can appreciate the technique of the entire dance line (Everglow has a really strong dance line, one of the strongest of 4th gen imo) but as afan I just looooove watching Mia specifically. I totally get what you mean about her weaknesses, and I did notice them too, but I feel like even just this year Mia's consistency and particularly facials have greatly improved. Everything about her stages is just so captivating and it's why she's my bias, everything she does on stage just draws me to her more than the others.

Anyhoo, thank you for noticing how good Onda is at dancing! I agree that her dancing is underrated, especially to people who don't watch a ton of EVERGLOW content. I've always been unsure as to who I would rank second. I think this is a difficult choice! Until now, I'm not sure. I think maybe E:U, but that could be because I'm undermining Onda /because/ she's my bias, and I don't want to be biased.

not gonna lie but when i first started watching Everglow, my eyes immediately went to Onda just because there was something about her that was eye-catching. I later realized that it was because of her fluidity (yes, i also am a dancer and i always tend to love kpop idols who are more fluid lol). But tbh, i am not gonna deny that Mia is one of the best dancer for the 4th gen. I think the hate that she has is more because people didn’t like the fact that she gets to have all the main positions. However, I do not think that the hate and blame should be given to Mia but rather to the entertainment. At the end of the day, Mia is just working and if I have to be honest, every single performances of hers just automatically scream why she deserves those positions.

renjunswhore LOL she kinda did ... the tutu was a weird style (actual tutu material but cut like a normal skirt and layered) and it was placed way too high on her waist compared to the other girls’ skirts (as in to the point that you could clearly see her safety shorts in any position). it also prevents some of her isolations from being shown because the tutu is so damned fluffy

1 Mia - her fluidly, facials and flexibility is actually pretty good since she have very good control over her body yes i agree she underdance so,etikes but her facials make up for it her performance are captivating
2 E.U she is a main dancer for a reason she actually fits everglow concept is just that she needs more exposure and since shes the smallest member she might look to under dance or overdance but no she dosent only sometimes she has perfect fluidly and her rhythm is very well covered
3 Onda She is a above average lead dancer she is very good at performing her only downside is her facials and energy but anyways shes above average as a lead dancer
4 Yiren Her background in chinese dancing helped her flexibility her power is kind of weak it fades and her facials is ok she is a good center
5 Aisha she can actually be a lead dancer if the concept is like ITZY which is more powerful dance aisha fits more powerful dances and yes she has great chances to improve more
6 Sihyeon the weakest dancer is actually a very good idol dancer she has great facials flexibility and power but she lacks stamina and consistency

That was based on executions not a dance analysis like this. For example aisha ranked higher in executions than yiren but yiren is the better dancer

I'm not good at English so I'm sorry for any mistake, and I'm going to talk about the basics bc it will take me so long to write everything (as I said I'm not good at English)
1- e:u: she doesn't underdance/overdance and she is the second member with the cleanest technique (first is onda). she has a perfect balance between fluidity, energy, sharpness, etc and that's the main reason I rank her first. also she is really versatile and has good memory but she needs to work on her facials.
2- mia: her technique is just not as good as e:u because she tends to underdance, but she has great presence facials and energy
3- onda: I think she has the best technique in everglow. the problem is that she is not as versatile as mia/e:u and also she lacks facials and presence, but when it comes to hip hop definitely she is the best.
4- yiren: she has amazing facials, energy and presence, but her technique is not as clean as the other members and she tends to overdance and sometimes to underdance. I think her best strength is her flexibility and her unique presence, but she is not versatile.
5- sihyeon: sihyeon is not a bad dancer, but sometimes her movements are weak and she tends to underdance. also she is not versatile and her facials are not as good as the other members.
6- aisha: her facials energy and presence are great but her long limbs make her seem awkward and sometimes she is stiff. we haven't seen much of aisha's dancing tho

i DEFINITELY agree about onda. even though mia is my bias and i was taken by her dancing in the first place, whenever i actually focus on onda, i'm just blown away by her skills. i'm really surprised it's overlooked, perhaps it's bc everyone's more focused on her getting more lines (which she deserves), but her dancing is deserves so much praise.

As a professional dancer (with height disadvantage), I 1000000000% agree with your statements. But overall, when they perform songs like MOON and Adios that have really sharp movements, you can see just how in sync they are. You should make a video of them being in sync (it scares me sometimes)

I agree with most of the video but i personally find Onda shines in harder concepts rather than softer concepts. Yes her facials might need some work but her body control shows so well in the boygroup dance covers they did. She really improved her facials in La Di Da so i think she still has lots of potential
5:18 but I remember that one time Onda said she herself is more confident for more intense concepts than softer concepts

I think the thing that makes it hard for Aisha is her long arms and legs that can affect her control and ability to dance how she wants coming from someone who also has long legs and arms it is not easy for us

i agree with this list onda is amazing and as a dancer i can really see she is trained. she shines with hip hop and she could be #1 on this list if she had more confidence and more opportunities because she is by far the cleanest and has the best technique!
Mia has slightly better technique than Onda, but Onda is hands down the best at hip hop in everglow
Me seeing Onda being an underrated dancer(which I also agree with), E:U is a more underrated and underappreciated dancer than Onda. Having the least views in fancams, also YueHua doesn't let her show her full potential IN DANCING. I just hope YueHua lets her show her skills in dancing.

In some point of techniques onda is better than E:U, also in some point of techniques E:U is better than onda,example onda is better on taking angles and put more fluidity on her dances while E:U is always consistent with her stamina and she's very smart to make her moves in sync with song rhythms, so in my opinion they both on the second place.
