    I am an Australian born teacher, teaching in Australia. For any people choosing teacher, be aware that even though you may be used to excessive workloads, unlike Asian or African countries where in general education is valued many parents do no value education and because of that children do not get properly punished when you contact their parents or they get suspended. Overall, behaviour is really bad and if the admin at your school is terrible too, then there are basically no consequences.

    HI may i know PR after completion of
    master in professional engineering(Structural or Construction management)

    • @WorkVisaLawyers
      @WorkVisaLawyers 4 месяца назад

      Engineering courses do have strong PR paths and Structural Engineer is on the top list, the MTSOL list. However, it is also very competitive to get points based visas, such as the 189, 190 and 491. This is due to the Federal Government only inviting Teaching and Health occupations in 2023 for 189, while also cutting the allocations for States for 190 and 491 by 70%.
      www.workvisalawyers.com.au/news/all/state-nomination-visas-190-and-491-are-reduced-by-around-70.html
      As a result, many graduates are waiting long times for an invite or changing plans to getting employer sponsorship.
      I hope these comments are useful.

    Why information technology is not in the list?

    • @WorkVisaLawyers
      @WorkVisaLawyers 4 месяца назад

      ICT courses do have strong PR paths and many ICT occuptions including Software Engineer and ICT Business Analyst are on the top list, the MTSOL list. However, it is also very competitive to get points based visas, such as the 189, 190 and 491. This is due to the Federal Government only inviting Teaching and Health occupations in 2023 for 189, while also cutting the allocations for States for 190 and 491 by 70%.

      As a result, many graduates are waiting long times for an invite or changing plans to getting employer sponsorship.
      So as a graduate having more than one strategy to get PR is a good idea. For example, try for points based visas, but if you are not getting an invite, then do an employer sponsored visa, with a path to PR.

      Hi, generally migration pathways would depend on age, qualifications, English test results, work experience and nominated occupation on Australia's skilled occupation list: immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skill-occupation-list.

      Appreciate your comments.
      There are many possible courses which may provide a path to PR.
      So I wecome your input. I can also see you start the list in a similar way to me both having Nursing and Teaching in the top two.

      Hi,
      Thanks for your question about if you are in a university course that might not have strong visa options.
      You may want to seek professional advice, and possibly could consider shifting courses, depending on a range of factors including how far through the course you are and the value of the course.
      I own a separate business to Work Visa Lawyers, which is called Australia Study Team. Australia Study Team provides advice on courses, assists with enrolments and student visas. With every enrolment it also makes a donation to help save Australian wildlife.
      You may want to contact Australia Study Team for some advice on courses: info@australia-study.com.au

      All the best.
