This is one of the smartest contractors I’ve ever seen. The way he gives credit to the sub contractors for the work and lifts them up without taking any credit himself. I can promise you the sub contractors in his area love working with him. Refreshing to see the humble selflessness.

Absolutely beautiful! If it sat on a 2000 acre ranch with riverfront it’d be perfect

The interoir is great. What do people think about the landscape around the home? It could make the home spectacular if done well.

I would love to find a piece of property similar to this meaning the top down view, of mountain ranges and peaks. Water view isn’t as important as mountain peaks and trees

I checked their website. I don't think it's listed yet. But comparable homes on the realtor's site are around 10 million.

Super Duper nice home! Although, you two are cruel when showing the home. Two different times you both marvel at the views while we are stuck looking at you 2 dinosaurs.😉😂🤣

Not sure what it is about his home, but it just feels lonely to me. Beautiful finishes, though.

As an architect of 50 yrs experience designing and building high end/luxury single family homes, I'm sorry but I have to give this one a thumbs down. IMO, very poor design values, little to no thought about how a home (not a house) must actually function for the humans residing in it. To me this just smacks of a rather crass display of ostentatious wealth. Lotsa money, no taste, no understanding of the realities of keeping these interior and exterior finishes maintained. Granted, this is not likely a primary residence, the owners have enough money (obviously) to hire help for any/all maintenance, but even so, the spaces (at least to me) felt very cold, almost antiseptic. It didn't feel, to me, like a warm and cozy home. Just my professional opinion.

People move into Montana and live their idea of Montana but seriously? it's not Montana!

just a lot of open space, a big square box, souless, does not feel like a home. hated it. next time hire an architect.
