Awesome song; beyond awesome. Many of you who reply are much younger than me (I am 57 years old). I am a homosexual man who has a many experiences but sadly never met the unknown man that I have been searching for.; but who knows? Maybe we get another chance at this. Never let anyone tell you who to love, and how to love...the laws are written to protect us all against violence and hatred, but love, in my truest opinion and heart is so personal, and must always be free for the individual (male or female or otherwise to choose). Religions often fail to understand, and submit to their misunderstandings, fears and (sadly) often uneducated and beliefs. One day, which will include the night, for everyone, they will change, and grow and see those of us they think of as insignificant "sinners" or freaks as equals - but until then, I will simply ignore them: Gay, straight, transgender, etc...I, we are no one's lesser; and if the g-d/god I believed in disagrees, I will find a greater g-d/god, and a greater belief, and a place that sees us all as "beautiful & true". When the world often torments and abuses me from the great beyond, I sit in my big chair and pull up a warm blanket and cuddle with my sweet little puppy Paco, and he molds his little body to me like a lump of pure love, and we fall asleep for 1/2 and hour and all the mean stuff falls away.

PS. Even though gay guys physically hook up with other gay homosexual men - our love for females, for women is something that I will always hold dear to my heart. We appreciate your beauty, intelligence and I like the girls am highly sensitive and can feel the awesome energy all around us that connects us all; and I see such different forms of beauty in all of you, and the incredible gifts of nature, and them human (male and female) body is a work of art, not something to be ashamed of. And to the girls, I admire and respect your strengths and constant efforts to seek a higher love and truth, reaching above the foolish hatred and violence that plagues our world. Be patient with men, once they overcome their rage and chauvinism, they become strong & honourable, and will protect and elevate all of you. Do not mistake gender with our physical differences...we are honestly all the same, and all capable of wondrous accomplishments, as I type this a foolish young man in the invisible air above me shouted "war"...ignore the hatred, and please never assume that all men are violent and selfish, or insensitive: some of us are gentleman, and scholars and artists and lovers.
