This actually works. His step by step is a instruction is a little off. The second round of holding the power button down, for two minutes, is with it UNPLUGGED! Then, you have to turn it off and let it sit for a while. I went through this, thinking that it didn't work. But, 'Lo and Behold!' I turned it on the next day and it WORKS! It actually shows a 75% charge and is operating normally! Thank God! I was NOT going to disassemble the thing and use a heat gun on the guts, like some videos suggest. To me, that looks like a sure way to just destroy your remote. But, I was ready to ship it back to DJI for repairs. No need for that now. It is reset and working normally. Hallelujah!
