Hi Dustin, I was searching for an article about the posibility of using Composite photo and using UNREAL ENGINE 5 for the background and couldnt find any. Have you thought about that idea?
I’ve definitely thought about it and have plans to explore UE5 in coming months. For most of my work Cinema 4D and Redshift are my goto software for 3D backgrounds. Will most likely update with some content on that as I dive in. It’s definitely worth exploring and learning though, never hurts to know how to use multiple tools in this field 💪🏾👍🏾
Having an issue with the plugins. I enjoy the software. I think the heal plug-in is pretty helpful. I'm having a major issue with it though. It seems to crash randomly whether you use the software or the plug-in version. I have tried many different things to troubleshoot this from deleting registry files to completely uninstalling the programs or disabling the graphics card. It seems nothing is working. At this point I don't know if it is simply a plug-in issue or something else. If anyone has had similar experiences and knows the fix I would greatly appreciate it.
If you haven't already, please reach out to their support! Would love to see this resolved for you. I haven't had any issues with the plugins at all so far but would love a follow up on this if possible.
@@DustinValkema unfortunately I did follow up with them. I created three tickets and they just blew me off. I was finally able to get someone from their team to send me an older version to try. Have not tried it yet. Will today. At this point I have given up. Figure it has to be some kind of incompatibility with my system. I am currently using a Ryzen 9 chip with a Nvidia 3090 graphics card. Windows 11. Latest Photoshop.
Hey Dustin, Question for you on installing the plugin into photoshop. I bought the program and used the activation keys and everything from the installation video but when going into photoshop I didnt see the retouch4me option under the filters tab... Was there something you did in order to install it directly into photoshop or to use it as a plug in on your device? The apps are downloaded and they work but its not working in photoshop as a plugin yet. Any advice would be helpful. Im using an M1 Macbook Air with the latest OS. Thanks
Hi CJ, unfortunately I don’t have a mac to test it on to help find a solution here. I would reach out to support and ask there. In my case, I simply installed using the downloaded file and it worked right away on PC. Is it possibly under extensions on a Mac? Just ball-parking and idea there but it may be in another area, though it’s not the case with plugins. Hopefully support can swiftly give an answer or one of the members here 👍🏾

Hopefully! I can tell ya, these have been awesome for the work I’ve been doing lately. I’ll have further videos coming out on more of these plugins until the final video on a full lineup of them. I cant say enough good things about them as they’ve truly changed the process for me in amazing ways. Fun to use and effective for needing great results quickly. Hope this gets handled for you Monday so you can use them! Their support has been great as far as I’ve experienced!
@@vsmith564 I’m still trying to get the support team to respond. I have been using the apps to do the same but it’s not as good as using it as a plug-in because I can’t have the layers in a batch processing format and I can’t add to the retouching if i feel it missed some spots. And the biggest thing is that I’d have to run it through 3 separate apps and for someone like myself who is a wedding and event photographer I’d have to be alert for each processing portion instead of letting everything happen in photoshop on its own. I’ll try to update you when or if anything changes.
