How to keep patience when you are told that your file will be processed within 6 months but after waiting for 15 months and someone says no maximum processing time?
I applied for an express entry online. I'm from Australia and a mechanic for 25 years and I was told I didn't have the skills and I needed English lessons and I didn't have enough money to go to Canada ($60,000). What a croc of shit.
If you are applying for express entry and you are married, does the invitation to apply for permanent residence extend to your spouse as well to come with you as a permanent resident of Canada? This assumes you have been selected to apply for permanent residence of course.
In addition, I have been working for my current company since November 2014. I am paying taxes, I love Canada, but why I have to live apart of my family and wait indefinite term? Who can answer me on the question?
Hi everybody. I was applied for PR through an Express Entry as Canadian Experience Class on November 13,2016. So now we have May 2019. My case after the stupid mistake of Immigration officer has been refused in December 2017, but I and the representative gave pieces of evidence and it was reopened on March 7, 2018. Since that time till now, nobody works with my case. I called many time to CIC, written letters to Minister of Immigration and nothing. Maybe it was to offensively hear the truth. They want to punish me by time. Why? I have 2 Ukrainian degrees (University ) and Canadian Diploma, two Certificates from The Ontario College of Traders such as 309A - Construction and Maintenance Electrician and 310J - Truck and Trailer Technician ( it is for my immigration program), but Officer has a meaning I can not work as a truck trailer technician, because I did not work before in my country on that position. Even 5 years of experience here in Canada not enough for PR. Who is eligible if me no?
I am elligible (received a personal reference code) and on Canada.ca it states under "Create your Express Entry profile " the following: " If you’re eligible, the tool will send you to your online account to fill out an Express Entry profile", however the tool did not send me to my online account ! and it doesn't prompt me to enter a personal reference code!
Kindly guide me ! I successfully received the personal reference code but am unable to create an express entry account ! It keeps on directing me to "Register for an IRCC secure account" ! and if I signed in with my GCKey, I return to the first page and start the process all over again! like an infinite loop !
Hello, my husband and I applied for Express Entry, 60 days ago we were asked to get a police report, the Canadian embassy sent us a letter that we have to give to our Federal Police in Mexico, we got the report and translatet it, when it was time to upload the documents we didn't have that option on the MyAccount page so we sent web forms (4-5) and we received from automatic replies to replies that stated that we send a WebForm again, so we decided to send them via courier, the 60 day deadline was 5 days ago, we haven't received any response or application updates any suggestions?

Hi Team, my application was cancelled citing that a PCC was not provided. However the document was provided to my agent who claims to have uploaded the right document - he states the decline may be due to a technical glitch in the system.I want to contest the decision as all details were provided from my side but uploaded by the agent - who I suspect has made an error and is covering tracks. Is there any way to contest this ? It has been 6 days since the application was cancelled. Help would be greatly appreciated.

In case I'm invited to apply under express entry, the evaluation will take at least 6 months by that time my express entry profile would have been invalid since it will expire by the end of March 2019. will that be Ok or shall I create a new profile and when should I do so , after being nominated by ontario or after submitting my federal application? If you are, for example, 20 years old, then you give the info about your work experience since you were 18 years old, not since you were 10 cuz you were a child then. But If you are, for example, 50 years old, you give info since when you were 40, not since you were 18, cuz no one cares what you did ages ago. Hope it explains it.

I`m waiting already since November 2016, but have nothing. Therefore, nobody can say you the term of your waiting. Indefinite time. Be patient.
