You have saved so much of Indian Currency going to abroad. You have helped to strengthen our currency. Thanks so much. Please also let us know what is the shelf life after 7 days. Is it ok to keep it refrigerated after 7 days onwards? Does that contains methanol by any chance. So for all the questions. Thanks in advance
Shelf life is 1 month easily while kept in refrigerator. No methanol involved 100%, better to enjoy it refrigerated. Thanks for valuable feedback and positive encouragement. Take care
Thank you sir, very nice video!
Good explaination and easy tutorial, there really IS an indian guy explaining so2say every single thing one could come up with. One day in the process the "most american beer possible" (as I like to call it) already smells sour/developed some alcohole and I will look forward to consuming it, it looks promising from tasting it one day in alright!

I'm currently trying this recipe for the first time but I have a question: What would be the % of alcohol? Will it actually be enough to get drunk ?
To be honest, it's a casual drink, not very high level of alcohols, but you can compare it with levels of beer. Good luck with your first batch.

Hi MG, nice tutorial, very well covered all the steps.
FYI and to save you venting so many times you can use an airlock bubbler. Very easy to fit to the bottle cap. Or what I do is use a length of 5mm plastic tube from the cap going into a half filled water bottle. Both these methods are great as you can see when fermentation activity is slowing down or complete, whilst at the same time the water trap won't allow any bacteria to get in.
Thanks for the positive feedback Sir, you are absolutely right while mentioning the usage of air locks, but during the time of Covid lockdown when I made these videos, I wanted to demonstrate all possible conservative ways to make things at home. In future you might find homemade airlock in upcoming recipe videos. Thanks for watching and take care 👍👍👍👍
Allowing it to degas freely might change the outcome. In some situations yeasts produce less undesirable compounds when under pressure, and having no pressure would affect the carbonation. Of course one might try an airlock in the beginning and cap it tightly later on.
What type of yeast did you use. Baking yeast, beer yeast or wine yeast?
Sir, this video wad created during Covid period which limited availability of resources. Though I have used baker's active yeast, you are most welcome to use wine yeast.
I consume a little ammount of it on the 6th day. And i want to drink this on the new year event. Is there any problem if i consume a little bit before 7 days?. And how can i strore it? In the fridge?
You can consume if it gives you required punch/heat. Storing is simple, either in winter temperature somewhere in dark, or simply in fridge. However, keeping in fridge as of now will kill all fermentation process if still happening. So try to keep it out till you consume on new year. If anything is left, you can store it later in fridge. Good luck and wish you a very Happy New Year!
Love it
Awesome and really you have given an easiest way to prepare this..!! 🥂🍻💕
I want to make this as a christmas present, how long will it last expire in or out of the fridge, once I have transferred the coca cola ginger beer into beer bottles
In the fridge, you can keep it for long. Outside fridge, don't keep it for long. In the fridge it can last for more than 6 months after being bottled.
Good luck!
thank you for the information :)
Hi Sir detailed explained each and every step of recipe. Can I use glass bottle for making this beer..
Thanks in advance
I suggest not to use the glass bottles because this recipe involves a lot of pressure building up. Glass bottle might not withstand this much pressure initially. But later after 5th day when pressure reduces a bit, you can transfer the content in glass bottles for consumption on or after 7th day. Hope it helps, good luck!

@@MGTheories yeast activate honay m kitna time lagta aur usy mix kab krna hai one hour is appropriate
Thank you very much for your nice video. How many days i keep it into refrijarator and before consume how can i filter it? Plz. Let me know.
See you can keep in refrigerator only if fermentation has completely stopped. If you want to store it for long, use a glass bottle and fill wine till brim and tighten the lid back. Filling it up till brim, will leave no air inside and wine will last for very long. Before consuming, you can refrigerate it for a few hour.
For storage, keep it in a cool and dark place. Cool means around 26 degrees or below. Dark means absolutely no light. You can keep it any closet in any room where there is cold inside.
For filtration, I will suggest using sedimentation process after your filter out everything in a sieve. Preferably use a soup sieve that has tiniest holes, so that you can get a clear product. If you don't have that kind of sieve, please use a folded cheese cloth or multiple layers of a clean hanky.
Before using all these bottles or sieve or tumblers, make sure everything is sterilized with steam or hot water.
Hope it will help.
@@MGTheories thank you. But in bottom sediment still present.
@@md.jamalhossain82 yes these are sediments you want to leave behind at the bottom of the tumbler. Thats how you get a clear wine after doing filtration and then repeating sedimentation process as required.

Thank u bro
Its awesome in regards of taste. Today its day two of my making. Enough gas is producing. After 7 days should i heat the content to stop fermentation?
No, please don't heat at all. It's all natural process and yeast will settle down at bottom. You can exchange the bottles leaving the sediments at the bottom and throw that bottom liquid. Once you will refrigerate it after 5 or 6th day, fermentation will automatically stop. Don't heat anything else it will become inedible and harmful to be consumed. Hope you understand
Ok Sir... i won't heat then. Thank you
Bottle seprate karo or settlle yeast ko chan lo
Bro can we used whatman filter paper no1 for sepration of yeast
@@vinayprajapat9026 Yes that's absolutely right. It could be used but you will lose on the carbonation as well and will remain with a flat type of wine. Filter papers are used while making sparkling wines and I have been using them in the past.
Well done Sir.
My question is, why you didn't use airlock? You wouldn't need to release pressure everyday.
Airlocks are preferred while making wine. This is beer and carries extremely high pressures.
@@MGTheories Oh ok.. Btw if we us B Fizz, it will taste like real beer bcoz B Fizz is malt flavoured. What you think?
@@hiteshpoptani7719 My apologies, I never tried. However, if you plan to try, I would really be keen to know the outcomes. Good luck and keep me posted if you do. Thanks for watching.
@@MGTheories one more ask brother, what about yeast settled at base in bottle? Should it be mixed in whole beer or should be filtered?
Please filter it. Dont miz it in whole content. Its not just yeast but other sediments as well.
What taste looks like? Ist taste normal beer?
Taste would be a bit different. More like caramel blended beer. Dont expect it to taste like bitter blend.
Sir, how can i know that the fermentation is happening or stopped?
There would be bubbles in it, and if your container is air tight, you can notice if any pressure is building up inside. If thats not happening, you have to check if you did everything the right way. Good luck and thanks for watching!
Thanks for replying.❤✨. Btw there is lot of pressure inside the bottle and i hope i doing it well🤓
@@mastergamerbd5296 yes, if pressure is building up, its all well. Make sure you keep releasing the excessive pressures at regular intervals else container might blast.
Hi sir, I have made my first batch. Its the third day. Do we need to boil the mixture again after 7-8 days before consumption to stop the fermentation process?
No no, fermentation stops by itself when yeast eats all the sugar. Please dont boil or heat again else it will go poisonous.
I request to follow the recipe as shown in video and do not divert. Thanks for watching, take care
@@MGTheories what kind of yeast to put..baking yeast..or wine /beer yeast? Im from philippines were baking yeast is easily bought in market.thnks
@@maryanncastillo8291 Hi Maryann, I used baking yeast in this recipe. If you have easy and pocket friendly access to wine yeast, it's best to use. But since we are using coke, you can try using baking yeast for a try and then later you can decide accordingly for upcoming batches. Good luck and thanks for watching. Take care
I liked the easy way you showed.. Having few doubts.. What if I release the pressure more than once a day... Also one of the bottles that I filled is slightly more full.. Can I transfer the content to another bigger bottle and the fermentation will still continue.. It has been 4 days now
Yes you can discharge the pressure any number of times during first 4 days and do it 2 time till 5th day. After that you can only discharge once or infact no need. Exchanging bottles will not affect fermentation, but you might lose on all the fizz.
@@MGTheoriesThanks for replying.. if I transfer the entire content with the yeast into another bigger bottle.. Won't this be better for fermentation.. the fizz should again form in new bottle in a day..
Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks
@@restlessrups Fizz will come back if fermentation is still on definitely.
@@MGTheories 👍
Sir, do we first need to filter yeast before pouring in bottle?
Yes sir, usually yeast settles at the bottom. So sedimentation will work best, otherwise using soup sieve or cloth, yeast will not get completely filtered.
Because fermentation should completely stop before we bottle, otherwise pressures will keep building up.
Hope it will help, good luck!
Did you use any special type of yeast ?or the normal yeast which is used for making bread ?
I used normal active yeast used for making bread. Just make sure it should be active yeast and also check the expiry date.

Coca cola ki jagah par non alcoholic beer use kar sake te he Kaya ?
No sir, thats purely synthetic. Though you can add some quantity of it in your glass to have a better feel.
Ok sir thankyou somch
How percentsge of alcohol in it. Can we make with diet coca cola and without sugar
No diet coke sir, sugar is required to make alcohol. To measure alcohol, you will need some lab equipment and calculation formulas.
Diet coke has sodium based preservatives that will kill the yeast. Real Coca-Cola Cola does not have those preservatives that's why you can brew it.
Sir how can I increase the Alcohol level should I put more sugar for more Alcohol level?
No Sir, its already at maximum level. For best results, make sure fermentation happens in an optimum manner so that all sugar gets converted to alcohol. Please dont put extra sugar, it will make it sweet and won't come out well. Good luck!

If that doesnt flushes out, put the rest of sample equally distributing in the bottles. That should work. Though, 2 liter bottle of coke already has 202 GM's of sugar which will yield less alcohol as compared to my recipe, but you can try putting a small quantity of sugar syrup. Warning: don't out direct sugar otherwise your syrup will flush out of the bottle rigourously. So please be careful and that's why I asked to try using small sample of syrup to see how it absorbs. Agar aone bilkul video me dikhaya hua tarika follow kiya hai to poison banne ka koi sawaal nahi hai. Baaaki aap behtar jaante hain. Good luck!
Nice.definitely i will try soon..can you shOw your face next time😁
It has been 24 hours, but the pressure is not building up in the bottles. Is there something wrong with my process.
Hi Mr. Sudhir, did you use yeast or fermentation starter?
I did and later in the evening, i noticed some pressure, which I released
@@sudhirnitesh good, it might happen with a delay in the case of coca cola because of presence of preservatives. Now you are on the way for a nice drink. Good luck !
MENE beer bna li but ab drink karne m dar lag rha h khi jahar na ban jaye
If you have followed the recipe as it is, dont be scared. We have not followed distillation process. Please taste a bit for testing purpose and later consume.
Sir, congratulations on your channel and this video in particular. The explanation is clear and the narration easy to listen to!
Are you the same person as the regular ginger beer video?
It's like day and night if you ask me.
Sir kindly make vedio in hindi
Bhayiya ji ka videshi ho hindi me batao to sabko samjh aaye
Zarur Mr Rahul, upcoming videos hindi me hi aayenge. Thanks for watching 👍
What happen if we do not release gas everyday???
Bottle will Burst
I suggest not to try that. Archis is absolutely right, there is a possibility of bottles getting bust which could be harmful.
@@MGTheories Man watching your video inspired me to make 4 litres of beer for me and my friends but one thing I would like to tell is that my beer smelled really good but taste turned out to be a bit bitter than what i was expecting . Can you please tell me why would it become bitter ?
First of all I want to thank you for positive feedback and sorry to hear that your beer is tasting bitter. There could be multiple reasons:
1. Water quality
2. Ginger quality
3. Yeast quality
4. After how many days you kept in referigrator?
This is the first time I am hearing this feedback from anyone like this. May I know if you tweaked the recipe in any way?
I think my yeasts either overdosed on red bull or I'd put too much sugar in my brew. It was still bubbling every 3 seconds and it was already 2 weeks old. By the way I used Pepsi instead of coca-cola.
Thats fine, let the fermentation stop. Seems you got fantastic fermentation. Lets see how it comes out.
Sir kindly make vedios in Hindi
Sure, all upcoming videos would be hindi. Thanks for the feedback
Thanks sir

how much you het from this coco cola corprate company avoid these drinks
Hi Mr. Ravi, I understand your concern and would certainly consider that in my future projects. This was just for fun, hope you understand :)
Using coke for making ginger beer is safe right... Just asking coz coca cola contains caffeine.. is the taste different compared to regular ginger beer made with water only
Lol English
