@@JustinTime1991 Well... just come to a Systema seminar, and learn from these guys. There is more than meets the eyes..
Make an opinion for yourself by TRYING it. not just estimating from a video.. Your eyes can convey only that much information. Brain is easy to mislead. Once you understand that, you will stop judging by just watching a video, and you will want to experiment for yourself. After (and only after) will you be able to judge .

MASTER martial artists from all over the world train in Systema to become better. Take DK Yoo, or Rigan Machado, Dan the Wolfman Theodore, or Joe Gher, or Dan Inosanto, or Wesley Snipes for example and the list goes on... They all take Systema to be better than they could ever achieve through their "martial art." Systema is a way of life and honing one's self to constantly, consistently embody the four pillars of structure, breathing, movement, and relaxation. All of the videos you see on youtube range from basic training to newbies all the way to advanced techniques for masters. One has said, "If you get into a fight you've already failed." Another, "Everyone's Systema is their own, unique." It's for seasoned martial artists and fighters and also for old, fat, young, skinny, small, old people who have NO fighting skills yet. Russian special operators and presidential bodyguards passed it on to their basic troops who knew nothing, because it works well for ANYONE. I've heard countless blackbelts in multiple martial arts say the same thing, their first Systema seminar changed how they viewed fighting and protection FOR LIFE, and they ALL began training in Systema for life and many of them ONLY train Systema now and abandoned the other arts in which they held multiple black belts. THAT SAYS A LOT. If you're still doubting, maybe like these other black belts and masters, YOU should attend a seminar and see if they're all retarded for sticking with it for life.
