PS: PLEASE make a offer, so we can buy better wheels for hard floor, those with 1 wheel instead of this dobble like your are using now.
Great assembly video, thanks very much. I suggest adding a very thin coat of grease to the casters before pushing them into the base - they will slide right in with minimal effort

This is a great quality chair. Unfortunately I'm too tall (193cm) to really take advantage of some of the proposed features. Such as the lower back support as it doesn't really change it's seating when I recline in the chair. Also, the chair does not raise high enough for my legs to (and lower back) to be in a relaxed state. I'll probably keep the chair mostly because I hate dealing with returns, but I probably won't invest in an additional chair... at least not for myself. It's perfect for shorter people though!

Hi SIHOO, after and exhaustive search for the best office chair that will suit my budget but also be affordable, I've just Purchased the M90 for my home office and I look forward to seeing how it performs. I would have loved to obviously try this DORO but unfortunately out of my price range :( I can probably upgrade to one in the future. Kind Regards

I assambled my back piece first and then the arm rests. Didn’t seem to make a difference the other way around. Am i false in this and should i dissasamble it and re-asamble?

At the 2:50 mark when the back seat is raised with both hands-is there a way to maintain the position that the back is raised to? I just assembled, and mine falls as soon as it’s lifted, including when on the seat
I had the same problem, i started disasembling the seat to find out the problem and it was my fault, I assembled the seat in the wrong way, i just returned, problem solved. Hope it would help.

Does it have adjustable seat depth please?
hi! That's a good question! At present, the DORO C300 does not have the ability to adjust the seat depth. But it can be flexibly adjusted in many other places. This is a great demand and idea, which I have synchronized to our product department. If you still like the function of adjusting the seat, and the budget is sufficient, you can also check out our V1 ergonomic chair. The V1 has a 1.97" seat depth adjustment.

The video does not include enough details, I had to do few guessing on which screw I should use for example. I think writing some details e.g. screw size will make it easier. And also start with zoom away then go closer to have a clearer idea how to emplemant the assembly

the chair is small not good for 180 cm and above and 80kg and above

good looking chairs but they don't last and good luck trying to get parts of the company, I tried ... false economy buying a chair with just a 3-year warranty. been there and done that and no way would I buy another one again..

@@SihooChair 我又买了一个m18，目前我C300和m18轮流使用。但是c300的脖子部分有些突起，在第三档（最低）的时候坐着。头部很难调整到一个合适的位置
yo guys you need to do a better job showing the cushion sides, when adding the mechanism. not clear which side is the front and which one is the back.
and dont let me start with the paper manual: completely useless. at least pay a native english speaker to copyedit the whole thing, frankly sick and tired of all the chinglish BS
