great place... I grew up in Reno, beautiful place to be. However they is a lot of politics and people trying to destroy what it once was.

Cabelas is a must-stop destination but my favorite sporting goods and gun shop is Mark Fore & Strike
490 Kietzke Lane in Reno...they have unique camping goods and the best maps/guides of Nevada.

Hi Chris, I’m moving to Reno soon but I’m worried about buying a home and having flood damage, are there any new construction sites that have virtually zero chance of flooding if and when the next flood hits? I know it sounds like a nervous Betty but I have some inherited furniture with tremendous personal value that would brake my heart if ruined. Advice please? I don’t have a realtor as of yet.
