Then I'll stay in Makkah until Hajj .. when Hajj starts , I'll need to be in ihram again.. So where should i go to get changed into ihram for Hajj this time. My Madinah visit is after Hajj.
Brother for Hajj you should assume it from wherever your staying for instance if your staying in a hotel you can make Ihram from there. Hope this answers your question😊

Men are not allowed Neck chain anyway. Or any kind of jewellery,
