Salaam, the water bladder seems like a good idea. Did yours get hot from the heat? I'm thinking of taking an insulated bottle instead so the water stays cooler
so what we did is fill with water or cold zamzam and we had a fridge so we froze it kept it cold. there are many water stations so you can refill but didnt get hot too fast no.
I didn't I get sick LOL. If you watched the video I say to bring protein bars. I actually didn't get that type sick. Got dehydration but I ate mostly dry food. I avoided meat because I didn't know how long was left outside in the hear before bringing to us.

How about using soap for washing hands after using the toilet whilst in the state of ihram..am very confused regarding this..hv been on umrah but that time u hv to be in ihram for some hours..for hajj u hv to be in ihram for days..so how about that then
@Muslimtravelgirl u mean the camps had soaps ? Fragrance free soaps I doubt don't hv fragrance .they might be having some percentage of fragrance. That's y I avoided during umrah .but concerned for hajj noe
It’s ok to use soap that has fragrance because that in itself is not perfume. Please listed to sheikh Yasir Qadhi hajj talk for 2024. He said it’s fine. It’s only actual perfume that is not allowed. He said people make life difficult for themselves and get hung up on the minutiae
Also I don't know how many would ask this..but did u use any medicine to delay your period cycle or something..I am very concerned regarding this also. How safe are they
I didn't I was very lucky my period was just ending and I'm regular But I know people do. I feel these pills work bit I would take them 2 months before just to regulate as I have had friends who got their even tho they had taken it. I'm not a doctor so my.opinion
There are pills such as Norethisterone you can use. I have a regular cycle and out there periods came earlier than expected. Best is to discuss with your gp/dr on when to take this as it says 3 days before prior but then I know so many people that get period earlier than usual, not sure was due to weather.

Just take the min with you i took a small 10LT backpack with me to Arafat. For mina I had handluggage 45lt backpack

It is ok. You can get yourself a fragrance free soap. But also, I believe they had soaps there.
