I have a lot of respect for Kay. Didn't start driving until her mid 40's, never driven outside her local area, never driven on a motorway, never driven at night..fair play to her for giving all this a go on national TV. I hope she went away and became a better driver
her problem is just her self confidence. shes probably been told all her life that she is no good at anything. so when she makes a mistake while driving or thinks that she cant do it she repeatedly then fails.
Arif could drive safely and legally. And he does so when he's hoping to win a car. But he chooses not to. Time and time again. Well done to the programme makers for being on to him and catching him red-handed. Arif's attitude really stinks.
actually i think he is an actual criminal these days, hiding in dubai after stealing £97m through tax fraud. google for "Preston mastermind of one of UK's largest tax frauds sentenced"

to be fair they were over 10 years old when the show was made, and values of 10 year old hot hatch cars weren't holding their value like they do today.
@@whichwasher2007 the show started in 2003,meaning that the Supra would've been new at that time [shocking ik] and the Volkswagen GTI could've been new or 90's
Craig gets it. The moment he sat down in that 100 Avant he turned into a proper Audi driver 😂 Arif, meanwhile, is the sort of driver I truly don't understand- someone who demonstrates that he does have the skills and the know-how to be a genuinely good road user but chooses not to apply himself/can't be bothered because he simply enjoys driving like a ****
Its all about putting them in difficult but controllable situations. Obstacles, impatient drivers, other drivers doing stupid things all confined in a small space as we all know what the roads are like in the UK.
beky's seating position comes back to haunt her. unconfident drivers alot of the time don't have their seat in the correct position, causing their body to be tense all the time.
Still by far the best car of all the new ones they offered. Maybe the Lada is tough and durable, but I would never consider a British car a reliable and senseful means of transportation.
@@mattylamb9194Suzuki and Lada are still producing cars, MG not so much. The fact that the last model year of the MG F was the one in this show, says something, to me at least...
This whole thing is odd to me. Why would they keep putting family and friends in the cars with them? These people suck hard enough, they don't need further distractions.
I think the general idea is that they're most likely to be driving with their friends and family outside of the show and so they (and at times said passengers themselves need to learn a thing or two) need to learn to be able to operate the car safely regardless of if they're driving with someone or not.
You know this is a british show when they use such nice used cars, the UK has always had absolutely insane used car deals because they arent exported anywhere
I like that the "test" driver was looking at his watch then at the camera before his car was even stopped, at night nonetheless, was he trying to compete for Worst Driver too?
Stealing a parking spot and then walking away from the car is only asking to get your tires slashed. You've just angered someone and you think it's a good idea to leave your property with them being there?
I'm a pretty good driver if I say so myself, and I truly love driving and cars; it's basically my only hobby. But damn I hate parking garages. If I don't have to, I don't park in garages. I'd rather park in a busy street then go into a parking garage. But it might be a little claustrophobia ;). I'm just scared I get stuck or scratch my car
Same here, I love driving but I confess to being useless at reversing. But then in my job as a bus driver, I wasn't actually allowed to without a banksman.
A basic car park and he's blowing his top off and it's not even a real life scenario. Can't drive but also can't control his emotions either which makes him 5x more dangerous.
His attitude really stinks. He can drive fine when he's trying to win a car. But out on the public roads he thinks he's something special. Someone to whom the normal rules and laws don't apply. Making him a very dangerous person for other motorists and pedestrians.

Yeah, her eyesight and her husband's behavior really didn't really help things. Hope things are better for her now.
She let his tyre down, totally illegal, totally warranted!
Suprised she left it at that

That Audi sounds incredible, shame they let these bozos behind its wheel.

The husband John is a menace. He should not be allowed in a car with Valli.
Definitely agree with you there. I'm kind of surprised he wasn't nominated to go on here with the things he said.
How on earth did they ever get a licence to drive the roads.
Cause your taught to pass a test not to actually drive
That poor audi 😢
For its age it is in really good condition. But they decided to torture it.
Sharon having the unfair advantage of being lit 20 mins from home in the navigation challenge 💀
i would have loved if this was made later than 2003 so mr morris could have been on here for a guest haha (from friday night dinner)

as they say fake it till you make it
which didn't work for Arif so maybe don't listen to them
In my experience, that only works with self confidence (such as personality and social interaction)
Nah, Drive it like you stole it. Which is how some of them drive. They think they are playing GTA.
How ridiculous, expecting people to race around a multi storey car park.
That's called a tv show
Timing them was kind of unnecessary, who rushes parking at a supermarket irl?
