After watching your video, I also wanted to screw an old drift wheel onto my MT12, but then I designed and printed an adapter for an SRC steering wheel

I've been using Radiomaster products for years now ant I just got my MT12 a few days ago. This thing is a MONSTER! It's not perfect, but it's sooooo much better than I expected.

Waiting in my MT12 to arrive, this is definitely a gamechanger. I’ve been using a noble and Spektrum DX5, but I think this will be the one for me. I bet it’s a file out there for a 3D printed adaptor for that wheel.
Yeah bro radio Master is the go to radio for our fpv drones. Waiting for one to come for RC fpv cars. The range is like non other which is great for Fpv Rc

Truth! The whole open source thing will kill the old guards. Range and latency is unmatched.
You got that right! Its funny how the radio’s manual is so basic and then everybody online elaborates on all the features one by one. Its so much bigger than the manual tells you it is.
As you learn the new radio will you be sharing it with us? It seems everyone is struggling to program it the way they want.
Yes I will share. So far its been great but I have to think outside the box a little. The learning curve of this has been different but fun
You know what you are strangely similar to me. I get asked why I like RV stuff, there are worse things that I could be doing. And they shut their mouths. I subscribed when you open the Bible and brought God into it we got to keep God first in everything we do but the RC stuff calms me down and it's a good distraction from the bad stuff that's happening all around. Kudos to you and please keep the videos coming cuz I'll keep watching
I have been using Elrs on my Fpv stuff for a while now and love it. I wonder about the ability to change servo and throttle expo curves. Could you easily change any of the before in Rc drifting?
Easy peasy! Soooooo many options. Bit of a learning curve, but nothing crazy.

Mind you, you dont need a computer. Its all in the remote
Once you learn EdgeTX, you will never go back to anything else ever again. The customization is unlimited. You can make it do Anything. Even things that haven’t been thought up yet. Oh and don’t even get me started on Elrs. 1.5ms latency and miles of range. The only thing it’s missing, that I’m waiting for, is receivers with gyro built in.
With EdgeTx you get to make presets for each vehicle, boat, plane or anything you want! endless possibilities with the mapping and tweaking of setting!
Are you still using this tx? Everyone at my track is telling me to switch over to futuba or nb4. Even had a guy cut me a deal on a futuba 7pxr
Yea I’m still using it. I’m going to be taking the deep dive into it in a couple weeks. I have a friend who’s been using it on his rdx for a few months.
@idealautofactory what gyro are you using? I have my yokomo v4 to channel 3 and it seems that increasing the gain is giving me more slack in my steering (I can turn my wheel more the higher the gain is before my wheels start returning to center
@@Limitless_Potato for the MT12, channel 3 is not where you want to be for gyro gain. It’s strictly an on/off switch for channel 3. I’ll make a video explaining that within 24hrs or so. Dont worry. Be on the lookout and thank you for asking!
@idealautofactory oh interesting. It seems to control my gyro gain. Just also does a bit more. I'll keep an eye out!
