Brother, you need to clean that floor pliz! Cheers from Greece!
I just got a rmx 2.5 for my first rc drift car and cant wait to have control enough to drive a set track. Im lucky to do more then 3 or 4 figure 8s before im in left field somewhere lol
cool video, sweep your floors!
What fog lights did you buy?
WTF, don't ruin it with your religious agenda at the start of your video, you just made me disinterested to what maybe an informative video.
Religious agenda? Do you see my profile pic? This is my life, not a scheme.
You can see the suspension tilt with the weight shift, the scale realism is astonishing! And great driving!
Sheeeshhhh 😮❤
Great job!! 💪🏾
@@sylviag59 thank you
Do you need to get a heater for your work space?
No I dont. The truck is too large to do the job completely with the garage closed. I could have used one of my other tools to heat up the vinyl but I decided to show it with more common tools.
If you want to try more realistic setup as an experimental try grippy front tires and stiffen front spring rates to like a non weight transfer car. You should get the 3 wheel action on hard throttle or flicks.
Oh thats good to know! Thanks
How much do you charge to do mine
Just got into rc drift and have been doing a ton of research before I start my first build. The algorithm decided to put this video at the top of my feed. I paused at 1:35 to let you know that the timing of me watching this video is part of His plan. Wow what an awesome and bold proclamation of your faith!!! Subscribed. Now on with the rest of the video!!!
Amen thank you for expressing your faith soldier...
That’s wild 😍
Right??
awesome, helpful and relaxing video. thank you! earned my sub
Thank you
Is the lip still holding strong?
Do you have a file to share for that grey battery mount in the weight shift chassis please?
Yes I will share it once I slim it down.
@@idealautofactorythank you brother god bless you 🤘🏼☝️
You an your cars😂❤
It all started long long time ago, smacking the wall. 😅
Check out bump steer, you are mixing it with roll centers 😉
I feel like the D-Like RE-R hybrid is a lot more true to a weight shift chassis than the LP-86. Both weight shift but the RE-R is certenly more high end with more realism in my opinion.
Too bad you live on the other side of the pond... should take my shark for a spin since its also a weight shift setup, but i invested about 6month now to get it where it is and it has the performance aspect while having quite a lot of weight shift without adding any weight on the body roof or anything like that.
As always great video and definitely a help for people who don’t have an idea about weight shift yet 👍 As I did a lot of testing and research myself I would like to give my opinion: Actually roll Center is a big factor on weight shift chassis. The further roll center and Center of gravity are apart, the easier the chassis will roll. Yes, you need a longer knuckle to mitigate the effects on steering when rolling, but it’s not necessary to have your upper arm angled up. This can also mess with bump steer. Instead they just need to be further apart. When raising your upper arms on the bulkhead it will lower your roll center. Raising your upper arms on the knuckle side will make the roll center higher again. As you demonstrated you need the longer knuckle tho to stop your steering from doing weird stuff. That’s why dedicated weight shift chassis will have a higher mounted upper arm and a longer knuckle. More narrow suspension mounts will also lower your roll center. Like a pyramid standing on it‘s tip will fall over more easily compared to a square or a trapezoid. Also I find body fitment to be even more important than with performance chassis. Because of the movement the body will more easily hit your tires and we all know what happens if your front tires doesn’t spin 100% freely. I agree with you that the LP-86 isn’t a true weight shift chassis. But let’s not forget that D-Like is developing the re-r hybrid since a decade and that this chassis was one, if not the first, commercially available weight shift chassis. I‘m convinced they had a lot if influence on the current interest in weight shifting builds.
I have been researching this today so this is excellently timed THANK YOU <3
No problem. Keep us posted on the build.
Why not solder to the magnets ? Need this foil?
Really cool test! Thanks for sharing!
Could you help me with some settings on my vortex type d?
Kopropo aluminum wheel works, same hex size😁
Good lord making me have to step my game up
I'm feeling that front suspension dipping 💪🏻😎💯🤙🏻🤪
Absolutely love this style of content and I'm super grateful someone's going over more of the niche sections 🤘🤘🤘
Glad to hear it! Thanks for tuning in.
@idealautofactory not a problem looking forward to seeing more content 🤘

That's your best wire work that I've seen so far. And I have been following you, God bless stay safe and keep God first❤
Thank you very much and thank you for continuing to watch and support. Means a lot.
Fire wire organization brother! What chassis is this? Also I recently started my YT channel based on RC drifting and other lanes of RC. If you don’t mind can you subscribe 💪🏾🙏🏾 be blessed bro.
Good informational video man 🤝🏽
Glad you liked it!
The usakini had direct steering with movable servo before the MK works stuff came out idk who started it tho
Yea Usukani was definitely ahead of its time and is underrated to this day.
@ facts no one hears about them much…. Where did they go
@dorifutom.y.1463 I don’t know. Maybe they arent flashy enough. I do know the ball cups arent great on them so maybe that was a setback.
@ I know a lot of the stuff they used was coming from yokomo ik their ball cups aren’t the best either idk
i believe that rc-xpress had the ddss before any of the other companies on the xpresso k1
To low 🤣👊🏽👌🏽
😂😂 right? 80mph in first gear energy 😮💨
@ hey with low enough can timing and throttle curve it will work 👊🏽👌🏽💪🏽
Pretty interesting to look at
What chassis?
A “hybrid” I should say. The bottom plate is YD2 based
Nice!
👀
If you have another car and you really want to figure out the problem, try swapping parts out until you find the culprit. Get the cars close together and start with unplugging the servo and plug the other car servo into it. See if it stops the jitter. If not plug the motor in from the other car, swap other receiver, transmitter and tell you find the problem. If it is the servo it might help or at least reduce the jitter if you shield the servo wires by unplugging it from the receiver and wrapping the wires around a pencil very tightly. When you remove the pencil, the wire should retain a coil like shape, which would help shield it. You can also do this to the speed control wires that go to the receiver. Try to avoid wires crossing over each other. Remove things that can be moved such as the receiver, speed control, on/off switch and move them further away from each other see if this stops the jitter. Relocating something to a different spot may stop or reduce the jitter. If it is the servo you could also wrap the servo with aluminum foil, aluminum tape or preferably copper tape and ground it to the servo’s wiring.
I love you content bro stay awesome God good!!
Love seeing my brothas getting into this hobby, definitely got my Sub 💯!!!
