@L_B42 __ This one had a huge sign. The kid posted to social media telling his victims not to come to school or they will die. Apparently it was aimed at several students, some ignored it and showed up. The mother of one of the students claiming this did not state the reason behind it tho. It honestly seems either like some gang stuff, or the shooter got robbed or something like that. All the interviews with his "friends" seem to be thugish.

My ex girlfriend has anxiety problem and she always mad at people , I have same but I control mine , l ALWAYS TELL MYSELF THAT EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING THEY GO THROUGH. I took her to Walmart one day and said , let’s assume you want to shoot 6 people out of anger , show me who you will shot. She pointed , then I turn and told her that the first has hiv, second person has aids , third has anxiety, fourth got no money to feed her kids and she’s here with coupon just to scratch something she will eat with her kids , fifth is going through child support and had nothing left , sixth is going through divorce and losing everything , currently he is homeless . After that I said everyone is going through something , the world doesn’t revolve around you . Learn to control yourself , stay off social media and reality tv , well she left me after that .
My heart breaks hearing this.... Too many teens suicidal or homicidal.... what's wrong with our society these days.... wasn't that bad 30 years ago and we had problems back then too.

This child was bullied so severely that he did this act. Kids knew about the bullying and that the shooting was going to occur. Multiple kids have come forward stating that they stayed home today because they were scared. Why did no adults intervene? Are the educators this stupid? What a magnificent failure.

Hate to say this, but these events are not going to stop. Yes, they happened before Covid. The difference is that our country is divided, and people are filled with rage like nothing in many of our lifetimes. It’s only going to get worse, IMO. God help us all.

I agree no one has a right to kill however if parents would teach their children to be kind there would be less of this kind of thing happening. The kid who did this will be punished but that won't prevent the next one. Only teaching kids that cruelty has consequences will do that. Not blaming the victims here. Firstly, I would like to say that I’m beyond DEVASTATED to hear about this TRAGIC event. I most definitely FEEL for the families that have lost a loved one in the Oxford shooting incident. I, myself, about 6 years ago, lost a friend of mine, due to gun violence, so I know how overwhelming it can be. My deepest sympathies are with you! Now, i’m not sure if this comment will be ignored or misunderstood, but I’ve been saying this for a while now, and I’ll say it again. In my OPINION, I truly believe that ALL classrooms should be REQUIRED to have a bulletproof (steel, tungsten, iron, etc) closet that students can enter in this type of situation. I understand that it’s not as easy/simple as it may sound (due to renovation/funding reasons), but I truly think that if we ALL find a WAY to help/fund this investment (idea), we can surely save MANY lives during TRAGEDIES like this. We should ALL bring AWARENESS to this matter, so hopefully the school/education system can start taking SERIOUS action. It’s sad that it has come to this point, but it’s not too late to find a solution. School is SUPPOSE to be an environment where students, teachers, and staffs feel nothing but SAFE. Therefore, NOBODY should ever have to witness, experience, and suffer the way those victims did that day. May ALL the victims find PEACE/HAPPINESS along their journey and REST IN PARADISE to the souls that didn’t get to see their families one last time.. 🙏🏼🕊😪

Being a high school student in Michigan hearing this is traumatizing. For all I know it could be my school next and possibly even me. My school has already had a gun threat this year. I’m skipping tomorrow.

Are you serious? A pistol is a tool, without a person, it is inert and does nothing. The only reason it killed people is that a human picked it up based on his motives to use it. If we can solve the human condition then we will stop violence regardless of what tool they use.
