I’m incredibly late, but IMO it’s that Bonkumiru had a bit more attention to detail and creativity (mostly from the spy chorus). It did a better job at incorporating TF2 references and having them make sense both to those who don’t know TF2 and to those who know both games well.
ScrubbyDoo tbh, any chirumiru parody is batter than sandwhichumiru. imo, it's just not as impressive in comaprison to others, say bonkumiru and weedumiru, especially the chorus part.

Seeing as the audio was made by MatrixMarioX, the vocals were most likely made with an vocoder/ autotune plugin and not UTAU.
