@@_brightaquad64 Personally, I downloaded the original .swf file and I decompiled it, extracting the original sprites of chirumiru (I can't remember which exact software I used for that, but I think that there are many that could do that). Then I remade all the animations on After Effects.
I know that some people simply replaced the original sprites in the .swf with their own images without using any editing software, but I don't know how to do that :(
