G'day it's Steven from down under again I was at the tender age of 17 when this song was released and not only was this a brilliant pop song, but i was mesmerised by her beauty. I recall this was yet another controversial song regarding young-pregnancy and of course she was crucified by certain groups. ALL HAIL THE QUEEN OF POP!
Madonna may not be the strongest vocalist (and she'd be the first to admit that), but you cannot deny that she is just an all around ARTIST. Very few people can claim to be even close to her level of artistry. She can really paint a picture and get out a message with her lyrics and her dancing is impeccable. I just began my Madonna journey like 5 years ago and I cannot believe I did not give her a chance sooner. Oh and I don't think any of us mind you getting personal. Her tour dates for Rome tried to be cancelled by the Vatican. She is an absolute artist with a punk attitude that redefined what pop and music could be.
