This is the BEST tour video on RUclips for the Sunshine! Thank you! Even though it is an "old ship" it still carries great reviews and people just have a love for it. We will be boarding the sunshine in a few days for our first ever cruise! We chose it because it's only 3 hours away from us, and the reviews made us not worry about the age!
Thanks Shaye! We were pleasantly surprised ourselves how much we liked Sunshine. She looks incredible inside considering her age. The ship has a great layout and the upgrades Carnival has done are excellent. I can see why so many also like her. Thanks for watching and posting!
My only complaint is that the video doesn’t show people. Makes the ship feel dead of sorts. Kinda like a liminal space, lol. Hope you had a lovely cruise !
Thanks for watching and posting! I can understand that. I try to shoot video in the early morning hours or port days to avoid invading other passengers' privacy which is why it looks so empty. A majority of the shots were done between 4am and 5am in the interior areas. I think I was the only one awake besides the crew!

@@carpetmagicofwilson sounds like they removed them. It was difficult to play when the ship was underway, actually almost pointless to try. I'm sure they also had issues with the balls going everywhere and being a hazard to.
Thank you so much for an incredible video… New subscriber here… We live in Virginia beach.... we have the sunshine booked for September 2025… We were on the sunshine when she was the destiny back in 1996 or 1997 I can't exactly remember… She looks more beautiful now than she did when we went on her way back when… Thanks again🚢
