Hey great video. How would I go about creating bank rules for individual clients that pay me ie receive money rule. Most of my clients never add in reference numbers very difficult when I have over 120 clients.
Have you issues sales invoices to these customers? If you have, then bank rules don’t work, you need to manually match the receipt to the sales invoice.
@@XUSolutions yes I send invoices to my clients once I have completed job ie hedge or lawn mow. I thought If I was to use some type of rule like their bank account that they pay from it would match instantly when I go and rec the next day after the payment has appeared in my bank feed.

If you select a transaction, then go to options you can amend/edit
