Once I started listening to Kurt's videos I remembered something that I "thought " or questioned when I was a child. Maybe I was about 6-7 y.o. and I remember thinking "who is it inside me looking out to the world through my eyes" ...what makes me and who is inside my sister, my parents, other ppl....it's mind boggling that I actually "knew " that I am a soul then but as life layered on I forgot until Kurt's explanation....and that's when my other self was born around that time....on another continent....thousands miles away in a very very different culture. He told me that when he was in school he did a report on my country and culture which is not well known and pretty small... We met on a different continent where we both reside now and were physically separated again now...but still in the same country

I am absolutely 100% sure I’ve met my twin. This is not normal lol. It’s like nothing else you’ve ever been through. I was already aware of twin flames prior to me meeting mines. But never experienced it. All of the signs were there. I cut him off bc he was so introverted and wouldn’t express himself and I didn’t like it. But immediately after something came over me, and out of the blue i started addressing things deep inside like why I do the things I do when it comes to men, or why I am the way I am, abandonment issues and childhood trauma. I didn’t know where it was coming from but I felt overjoyed bc it was different. I felt like I was ascending and healing myself. During the 2 1/2 months we stopped talking all I could think about was him. NON FREAKING STOP! It was bizarre. It’s like his name pops up in my head constantly like a irritating nat. I was drained. At some point I said just text him. And I did. We started back talking and things were good. We live at a distance so there’s NO seeing each other really at all. He finally expressed how he felt to me and I was like 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 lol. I couldn’t believe it. He said he love me finally. I had already felt it but didn’t know if he felt the same. But shortly after he started with that ghosting bs 🙄 and it made me upset and sad and confused. But I was at a point where I just had learned my self worth just in a couple months and I knew what I deserved. I never even thought that way before, bc of my insecurities growing up. So I said I need to just leave him alone cause he not gone break my heart. And I did. He told me that every time he’s going through tough times I walk out on him, and that I can’t possibly love him by me keep doing that. But that he understands and he loves me. I felt crushed… but I knew I had to stand my grounds. It’s been 6 months and up until I came across this video 3 days ago. The obsessive thinking has been taking control of me. Stalking his page, reading old messages, all of it! I was yearning for him. I liked a pic of his on ig and he messaged me. But it was very brief. A week later I messaged him and I still have not gotten a response. It bothered me. At that point I realized that I was the chaser. I’ve never in life chased behind NOBODY, it’s usually them doing the chasing. So I was angry with myself for keep being so stuck on someone who doesn’t care to show me they care for me. But then I realized he’s just scared. He’s 4 years younger than me. I’m 27, he’s 23. I’m thinking, why in the hell am I chasing after this lil boy 🤣 but I couldn’t let him go. I feel this spiritual awakening so heavy it’s beautiful. I’m coming in to myself. It almost feels like a dream or movie. When I watched one of Kurt’s twin flame videos, it just hit me. There is a purpose for this, and I’m now understanding the purpose. It’s not easy, not easy at all! It’s the most painful, most confusing, most nerve racking, most draining, most amazing and beautiful experience ever. Lol. Anyways I’m 3 days in on not having obsessive thoughts, and seeing his name pop up in my head as soon as I open my eyes or close them, and waiting for that text or call. I’m now free. I’m wiser. And I’m so close to unlocking unlocking that door and seeing ME on the other side. And aligning with my soul. Sorry for this long paragraph 😬🤣 but I felt like it was important to share because it’s so many of us going through this and it’s still insane to me. The people close to me can’t even understand what I’m going through. And they won’t bc they have not experienced it. Idk if everyone in this world will but the ones that are, stay positive and be open to change. This road is not for the weak!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

So i think " connecting " with the soul is not possible until youve reached the end of your own learning process of how you lived your life. And i guess when you learn how to balance your mind and body and your thoughts and your feelings and all is aligned with all in your belief system and youve reached the peaceful state ,that person on the outside connected with their soul on the inside fully. Its kinda like filling up your body with everything you learned to be on the outside. So what people see as the outer self is always changing but our soul on the inside is permanent because everyones soul is the same, its perfect ,what makes us different is we all need different lessons to understand a common thing, how to be our authentic selves. But im not for certain that what i say is true as theyre only my opinions and beliefs, but i can tell you that thinking this way helped me in big way. So i hope it helps you as well

I know why there is an age gap between us: the universe has a really distorted sense of humor! Blessings, guys! Don't think so hard--just run with it. We are entering 4th density. Lots of rules are being left on the side of the road. Maybe THAT is the purpose of the age gap--to recognize love without all the "should" s.
My twin is a few months older than me. We both are girls. We live in the same city. In the past, it took me so much time to just try to believe that nothing matters. After an year, now I am genuinely feeling....age, gender, cultures, circumstances don't matter. I’m 58. My other is 31. The same gender. There are so many synchronicities, so much depth has happened since our meeting in June 2018. Things felt real familiar/comfortable from the outset. What I’ve noticed from my experience as a genuine Twin Flame, there is a spiritual mystery when it comes to Twin Flames. Things can’t logically be explained and our 3D minds are not able to comprehend it. We don’t know the answer to everything about TFs. I think the age gap is another one of those things. My DM is almost 10 yrs older than me and is from/lives in another country. I’ve had some weird crazy spiritual experiences in my TF/ascension journey… like we’re talking about astral traveling, communication from guide/entity about the DM, falling down & getting hurt if you turn against them (both of us), having the same dreams of each other, manifestation of house being crashed into and having to get rid of stuff because the other twin gets mad of being told of the twin wanting their stuff out - literal tower falling because of purging and saying out loud that you want the DM to wake up… the list goes on lol weird stuff that doesn’t happen with anyone else, just with your other self lol
Just to add, you have plenty of success stories where people end up with their twin flames but none of people who loose theirs. I think it would be good to get a story of someone who has had to cope with not only the journey but also loosing theirs from this reality. I’m not hinting that I tell my story but I think it would be good for someone else who may come across this to be able to relate with a not so happy ending so to speak.
As I share mine. I met this guy 10 months ago. Let me take you back, on that particular day, I had prayed and asked God/the universe to find my perfect match. Low and below, I walk into this bar and spot this man, he was exactly what I had asked for. When I say exactly, I mean it. So we exchange contacts and met after two days. Not much was said since he had invited me to a common bar with his friends. So we drank beers and the night was done. I was not interested in forming relationships at the time so I pushed him away. When he left I started chasing him I guess it was too late. I miss him though, something tells me we will never be together in this life. We were so similar in experiences, we had the same thoughts and that was a twin flame. He has really influenced my life this year. All I can say, is I wish we had the opportunity to spend life together. No day passes when I don't think about him. Sth tragic happened to him at the end of April, I texted him and he ignored me. I guess that was the last straw.

There's an age gap because the younger twin still has lots to learn or more karma to purge where as the older twin has gotten rid of lots more karma has learned their lessons in previous lives hence being the DF & the DM who is usually younger still hasn't got it yet! Thank you for your videos Kurt 🙏 just wanted to shed some light to the age gap, I was told that the reason for the age gap is because the reincarnation occurred in a different time line. In my case I am an old soul and I lived many lives and for my twin it is a second life.

So this just triggered the moment, I knew something of this twin flame craziness .... he was starting to push my buttons, sabotage, run away!!! And I was sticking up for myself, and trying to resolve the conflict, at the moment I looked into his eyes I knew him I knew myself if this even makes any kind of sense... our relationship shortly there after ended we stopped talking , blocking each other off and on until the ultimate blow up and for 4 months no communication we have ran into each other and gaze and both walk away , but what I'm saying is the memories of the triggered what everyone wants to call the dark night of the soul , Jesus, that will never come close to what I went through!!! I wish that on no one !!! I'm going through a process of understanding what all of this means , I am humbled by this experience and greatful, I am so thankful for him ... I just want to be the best person I can possibly be be and I wish him the best ... I'm so thankful for him 💓

Met when I was 63 and he was 45. Had dream about him , 20 years prior. My husband had a dream early in our marriage that I was getting married in a beautiful church ceremony , while a voice was telling him " this is what she came to do,... ". We are not really communicating now. I don't think we would be that great togrther. We are both artists and his wife organizes his success, and my husband keeps a roof over my hesd.
This makes sense. You'd choose to incarnate at different times to experience different generation and times. It so happens you incarnated twice within generation or generations of each other rather than 200 years apart.but I wonder why the DF is usually older?

I'm not sure if she is my TF, but we have strong connections after only 4 months of being together. I have cut the cord due to my situation of not being able to give the relationship a commitment. It is painful and there is not one single day passed by that I don't think about her. She is 15 years older than me.

TF connection will create a tornado inside yourself, you will never mistake that connection or mix it with any other relationship. Separation period is a big sign that this is a TF connection and not a karmic, and the KNOWING is another sign, the soul know deeply that this person is my other half and there is no doubt about that at all. Another important sign is a TF connection will change you forever by activating the pains for ego death, and will push you forward to connect with your soul again to understand who you really are. I’m 45 and my DM is 33. My family is completely against this age difference and my mom teases me and asks why I just don’t adopt him. And apparently this age gap is the reason why my tf and I cannot be together, bc according to my DM, he said he needs to be with someone his age. He still continues to come around though.
I totally understand why we have our age gap. It meets each other’s needs perfectly for that time in our life. I’m 23 years older than him. I met him 4 years ago, when he lived next door to me for a year. I was married with kids. I had no idea he was in love with me and all of the songs he was writing and releasing were about me. I am Curious if anyone feels similarly: Honestly, I feel much more of a strong connection with "soulmates" than the twin flame, including in terms of chemistry of all forms, compatibility, reciprocity (in other words, feeling seen by the other person and having a loving harmonious dynamic, not one person being oblivious about being "twins" and being repelled etc - quite a toxic dynamic on the human level which is of importance just like the soul level is) and markedly more things in common (e.g. both on a spiritual path) with soul mate type relationship than a twin flame. Yes! Kurt often explains that Twin Flames are NOT romantic, they are a spiritual partnership and I would definitely have to agree. Soulmates are more romantic and I definitely feel that with mine. He really should do a video about this and why do TF's have "romantic gestures" even though TF's aren't romantic? Don’t get me wrong, TF’s can “date” each other but the relationship is not what it seems, ie…romantic. Kurt often says this. My TF and I feel like we are just one being, I am he and he is me. I feel like I'm spending time with myself and there's just this other physical body that exists. Actually there are moments where I'll feel like I'm physically in his body and he is in mine...it's quite interesting. The best way I can describe it is like an Avatar. And I can see where people say they are attracted to their Twin and such and don't get me wrong, I see that attraction with me and my TF but it's more like, "Yeah, this person's attractive," but I don't necessarily feel called to romantically date him because it's technically dating myself and my energy is like....no, this is not that. It's hard to explain. But Spiritual Partnership is the best way to explain that feeling. You are not alone here. I am romantically dating my Soulmate and have a spiritual relationship with my Twin and this is possible bc both energies are VERY different. You are correct, the TF is a learning experience where we understand more of our own self bc we are one. I think it has been romanticized and it makes it difficult to understand what it truly is.
So a few principles before i share my opinion: Every thing & every one are puppets animated by ONE SOURCE. The Supreme Self is selfless. Because we are the masks of this one source, we are the products of its imagined potential. The only true identity is Source... Whether its from 1st 2nd or 3rd person point of view, the self and its personas are always looking at self. My opinion to your statement, beloved, is similar to my TF&SM experience... This lesson it is providing me is that, all attraction necessitates an ego... Soul mates and any other relationship are attractions of the ego/mind characters we have been living, in addition to the law of karma while playing those charactera... Twin Flame, the other half of ones soul materialized, is beyond attraction, although attraction can be there, as a result of what i stated above.. Lost the gas to make this make sense more 😄 But basically attraction is not true Love. Love is unity. Twin flame connections are unions of soul. So a soul mate may have attraction, but the twin flame love/unity is not there. And may it be to one's own discretion whether this is so or no 🥰✨

As for me I had an intensely romantic bubble period with my twin. Then suddenly he told me he lost the romantic feelings. He said it confused him because he never expected that to happen and felt like he didn’t have a choice. That it it was taken from him and now half of him was missing. It was so random and out of the blue. He then left quite coldly when before he had been so tender and warm and we basically agreed that we need to find ourselves outside of our relationship with each other. He said that he doesn’t know if he could come back to me romantically but he cares for me. I think that we were playing out the soulmate dynamic because it was the conditioning that we knew. As for now, I wonder what our dynamic would be after harmonizing the energies. I guess I’m still in the dark night of the soul cause lots of ups and downs, but yes moments of Samadhi and zen and feeling that he is part of me so my energy stops chasing. Then I get sentimental and mopey again. Then mad and thinking I want nothing to do with him. Then zen once again. This stage be crazy 😂
A big lesson that my twin triggered or i did who knows , the important thing was learning about codependency. It was hard for me to heal from needing anything on the outside of myself to make me happy. When we depend on something from the outside it can bring u happiness, but only temporarily, of course cause we can only control ourselves and nothing on the outside of us is going to be with us forever. So i had to learn to love myself more, in any situation good or bad. I prayed to God alot for me to remember the feeling i used to feel when i thought about love. Because i thought i understood wat love was before i had to learn about codependency and self love. But now when i put myself in a state of self love , it is alot more good feeling than with what i felt from a codependent partnership. So maybe thats the first lesson we need to learn from our twin flame. We need to learn how to be stronger and not let separation disappoint us so much, so we can go to the next lesson and become better for each other in this world. There are too many people in the world with hurt feelings from searching for love from outside when we have it within already. We can make ourselves feel what we think love makes you feel. So two independent people can be stronger together, without the need for attachments..we have to let each other feel free
Thanks Kurt for your coaching! I met my other self four years ago and still remember looking at him and seeing me looking back at me. There is a 41 year age difference. When I told him I wanted to be his friend he told me no, I was too old for him and we wouldn't have much in common. However, two months ago I had another encounter at the grocery store where I felt drawn to a little guy barely able to walk at the far end of the isle. When I approached I saw twin #1's face on him trying to cry. I am well versed now in the signs of meeting another incarnation of my soul and I was haunted by this little guy for weeks. The energy oscillations have pretty much leveled out but he's never far from my thoughts. I'm just not sure what my soul is up to anymore, lol. This would be an age difference really off the charts though. I also should put this out there, there have never been romantic feelings towards either person. Just a strong connection.
My TF is 13 years older. I have a question, can one be in the "Surrender" mindset and still keep thinking about one's TF? Is it important to completely stop thinking about them when you're not together? It's not easy to completely detach one's thoughts while we're not in union but on good terms. I know that in Divine time things will happen when they happen but is it OK to allow thoughts to flow when they flow?
From what I have gathered over the last six years on this journey and watching Kurt over and over.. it’s not the thoughts, it’s the energy behind the thoughts . That will never go away but it’s about letting them just pass through and observe them and not let the energy get boiling up from the thoughts. No judgement,Let them pass and keep your energy neutral. I’m finally getting there
As long as the thoughts you have are positive without a negative emotion attached to it...its okay...the obsessive thoughts about what are they doing or anything that brings up a negative emotion are what you wanna watch out for.
Another way of looking at it is to love them in the 5D, without physical world attachments, unconditionally, and therefore you are energetically neutral because of the unconditional love.
Hi Kurt! What I thought in the beggining was that the age gap created more triggers, on the personnal side and on the societal side, because there is judgment. In the mean while I asked my HS and I think the answer is that men (statistically) tend to die younger than women and the age gap makes it more likely that both divines die around the same time. This explanation might not make sense because not all DM are man, you are the case. So Im not sure if this answer was from my mind or from my HS... but the way it came to me, I thought it was from the HS. Thank you,
Not a big age gap between me and my twin, like 1 year and few months but we are from different countries and that was what triggered the most my/our journey, the cultural differences... Like me and my twin have a "space gap" not a "time gap" 😉... In the end 3d reality is made of space and time... Yeah 15 year age gap and a different sexual orientation and I planned my life stripped of it and set in a new life from scratch. Was Married 30 years now divorced and a switch went off after meeting her which is why divorced. Was confused but my story is crazy in this place but finding enjoyment in life again after a few years of pain. Couldn't make this up if I tried but tired of pain and choose me.

Okay, I delve into past lives and yes there is an age gap with my Twin Flame because last lifetime I dropped my body (Died) too soon. So, this lifetime she is younger than me as she kept her body while I reincarnated and then when she finally did drop her body and reincarnate, near where I was, well, there is then an age gap and that has sure caused us a problem. One thing Kurt, the mind does not disappear when your body dies. It would only disappear if the Spirit would decide to get rid of it, I supposed. Nothing is written in stone.

I read that the older TF comes in with a more difficult life and that the other stays back to guide them through it and then incarnates. For my situation this makes sense, but I'm not sure about others.

But I am 23 years older and his life has been more tragic in a shorter amount of time so that we would have both suffered around the same amount of pain in totality when we met. Once I started listening to Kurt's videos I remembered something that I "thought " or questioned when I was a child. Maybe I was about 6-7 y.o. and I remember thinking "who is it inside me looking out to the world through my eyes" ...what makes me and who is inside my sister, my parents, other ppl....it's mind boggling that I actually "knew " that I am a soul then but as life layered on I forgot until Kurt's explanation....and that's when my other self was born around that time....on another continent....thousands miles away in a very very different culture. I am absolutely 100% sure I’ve met my twin. This is not normal lol. It’s like nothing else you’ve ever been through. I was already aware of twin flames prior to me meeting mines. But never experienced it. All of the signs were there. I cut him off bc he was so introverted and wouldn’t express himself and I didn’t like it. But immediately after something came over me, and out of the blue i started addressing things deep inside like why I do the things I do when it comes to men, or why I am the way I am, abandonment issues and childhood trauma. I didn’t know where it was coming from but I felt overjoyed bc it was different. I felt like I was ascending and healing myself. During the 2 1/2 months we stopped talking all I could think about was him. NON FREAKING STOP! It was bizarre. It’s like his name pops up in my head constantly like a irritating nat. I was drained. At some point I said just text him. And I did. We started back talking and things were good. We live at a distance so there’s NO seeing each other really at all. He finally expressed how he felt to me and I was like 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 lol. I couldn’t believe it. He said he love me finally. I had already felt it but didn’t know if he felt the same. But shortly after he started with that ghosting bs 🙄 and it made me upset and sad and confused. But I was at a point where I just had learned my self worth just in a couple months and I knew what I deserved. I never even thought that way before, bc of my insecurities growing up. So I said I need to just leave him alone cause he not gone break my heart. And I did. He told me that every time he’s going through tough times I walk out on him, and that I can’t possibly love him by me keep doing that. But that he understands and he loves me. I felt crushed… but I knew I had to stand my grounds. It’s been 6 months and up until I came across this video 3 days ago. The obsessive thinking has been taking control of me. Stalking his page, reading old messages, all of it! I was yearning for him. I liked a pic of his on ig and he messaged me. But it was very brief. A week later I messaged him and I still have not gotten a response. It bothered me. At that point I realized that I was the chaser. I’ve never in life chased behind NOBODY, it’s usually them doing the chasing. So I was angry with myself for keep being so stuck on someone who doesn’t care to show me they care for me. But then I realized he’s just scared. He’s 4 years younger than me. I’m 27, he’s 23. I’m thinking, why in the hell am I chasing after this lil boy 🤣 but I couldn’t let him go. I feel this spiritual awakening so heavy it’s beautiful. I’m coming in to myself. It almost feels like a dream or movie. When I watched one of Kurt’s twin flame videos, it just hit me. There is a purpose for this, and I’m now understanding the purpose. It’s not easy, not easy at all! It’s the most painful, most confusing, most nerve racking, most draining, most amazing and beautiful experience ever. Lol. Anyways I’m 3 days in on not having obsessive thoughts, and seeing his name pop up in my head as soon as I open my eyes or close them, and waiting for that text or call. I’m now free. I’m wiser. And I’m so close to unlocking unlocking that door and seeing ME on the other side. And aligning with my soul.
Sorry for this long paragraph 😬🤣 but I felt like it was important to share because it’s so many of us going through this and it’s still insane to me. The people close to me can’t even understand what I’m going through. And they won’t bc they have not experienced it. So i think " connecting " with the soul is not possible until youve reached the end of your own learning process of how you lived your life. And i guess when you learn how to balance your mind and body and your thoughts and your feelings and all is aligned with all in your belief system and youve reached the peaceful state ,that person on the outside connected with their soul on the inside fully. Its kinda like filling up your body with everything you learned to be on the outside. So what people see as the outer self is always changing but our soul on the inside is permanent because everyones soul is the same, its perfect ,what makes us different is we all need different lessons to understand a common thing, how to be our authentic selves. But im not for certain that what i say is true as theyre only my opinions and beliefs, but i can tell you that thinking this way helped me in big way. So i hope it helps you as well

What I’ve noticed from my experience as a genuine Twin Flame, there is a spiritual mystery when it comes to Twin Flames. Things can’t logically be explained and our 3D minds are not able to comprehend it. We don’t know the answer to everything about TFs. I think the age gap is another one of those things. My DM is almost 10 yrs older than me and is from/lives in another country. I’ve had some weird crazy spiritual experiences in my TF/ascension journey… like we’re talking about astral traveling, communication from guide/entity about the DM, falling down & getting hurt if you turn against them (both of us), having the same dreams of each other, manifestation of house being crashed into and having to get rid of stuff because the other twin gets mad of being told of the twin wanting their stuff out - literal tower falling because of purging and saying out loud that you want the DM to wake up… the list goes on lol weird stuff that doesn’t happen with anyone else, just with your other self lol
Just to add, you have plenty of success stories where people end up with their twin flames but none of people who loose theirs. I think it would be good to get a story of someone who has had to cope with not only the journey but also loosing theirs from this reality. I’m not hinting that I tell my story but I think it would be good for someone else who may come across this to be able to relate with a not so happy ending so to speak.

As I share mine. I met this guy 10 months ago. Let me take you back, on that particular day, I had prayed and asked God/the universe to find my perfect match. Low and below, I walk into this bar and spot this man, he was exactly what I had asked for. When I say exactly, I mean it. So we exchange contacts and met after two days. Not much was said since he had invited me to a common bar with his friends. So we drank beers and the night was done. I was not interested in forming relationships at the time so I pushed him away. When he left I started chasing him I guess it was too late. I miss him though, something tells me we will never be together in this life. We were so similar in experiences, we had the same thoughts and that was a twin flame. He has really influenced my life this year. All I can say, is I wish we had the opportunity to spend life together. No day passes when I don't think about him. Sth tragic happened to him at the end of April, I texted him and he ignored me. I guess that was the last straw.

There's an age gap because the younger twin still has lots to learn or more karma to purge where as the older twin has gotten rid of lots more karma has learned their lessons in previous lives hence being the DF & the DM who is usually younger still hasn't got it yet! Thank you for your videos Kurt 🙏 just wanted to shed some light to the age gap, I was told that the reason for the age gap is because the reincarnation occurred in a different time line. In my case I am an old soul and I lived many lives and for my twin it is a second life.

So this just triggered the moment, I knew something of this twin flame craziness .... he was starting to push my buttons, sabotage, run away!!! And I was sticking up for myself, and trying to resolve the conflict, at the moment I looked into his eyes I knew him I knew myself if this even makes any kind of sense... our relationship shortly there after ended we stopped talking , blocking each other off and on until the ultimate blow up and for 4 months no communication we have ran into each other and gaze and both walk away , but what I'm saying is the memories of the triggered what everyone wants to call the dark night of the soul , Jesus, that will never come close to what I went through!!! I wish that on no one !!! I'm going through a process of understanding what all of this means , I am humbled by this experience and greatful, I am so thankful for him ... TF connection will create a tornado inside yourself, you will never mistake that connection or mix it with any other relationship.
Separation period is a big sign that this is a TF connection and not a karmic, and the KNOWING is another sign, the soul know deeply that this person is my other half and there is no doubt about that at all.

We lived together, he rented a room in my house and than we connected and activated.. he was 19 atm me 41, I felt the energy but wouldn’t approach him as I thought cause of the age gap nah and I was just imagining it or crazy, I started spiritual growth acceleration at this time more than ever in my life, house was very harmonious, he approached me and yes, was like time stops all that, looking into his eyes is like looking at me.. home was very balanced for bout 4-6 weeks than he ran, came back ran.. we lived together for another 10 months than he left. Not on bad terms but no reason, I had discovered what this was, I just didn’t understand the age gap the syncing all of it, I never spoke to him bout this aspect of thing, the TF I just looked at every situation as an opportunity to growth and I showed him consistency and unconditional love, I knew there was nothing else I could do.. this was 5 1/2 months ago, I did keep communicating and than just came into acceptance about it and let it go and stopped contact, than he did chase but only in a sexual way, I don’t contact him ever and won’t and said last time come at me Roth or don’t.. up to him, I don’t hold any expectations and am trying to move on. Honestly, I feel much more of a strong connection with "soulmates" than the twin flame, including in terms of chemistry of all forms, compatibility, reciprocity (in other words, feeling seen by the other person and having a loving harmonious dynamic, not one person being oblivious about being "twins" and being repelled etc - quite a toxic dynamic on the human level which is of importance just like the soul level is) and markedly more things in common (e.g. both on a spiritual path) with soul mate type relationship than a twin flame.

Yes! Kurt often explains that Twin Flames are NOT romantic, they are a spiritual partnership and I would definitely have to agree. Soulmates are more romantic and I definitely feel that with mine. He really should do a video about this and why do TF's have "romantic gestures" even though TF's aren't romantic? Don’t get me wrong, TF’s can “date” each other but the relationship is not what it seems, ie…romantic. Kurt often says this.
My TF and I feel like we are just one being, I am he and he is me. I feel like I'm spending time with myself and there's just this other physical body that exists. Actually there are moments where I'll feel like I'm physically in his body and he is in mine...it's quite interesting. The best way I can describe it is like an Avatar. And I can see where people say they are attracted to their Twin and such and don't get me wrong, I see that attraction with me and my TF but it's more like, "Yeah, this person's attractive," but I don't necessarily feel called to romantically date him because it's technically dating myself and my energy is like....no, this is not that. It's hard to explain. But Spiritual Partnership is the best way to explain that feeling. You are not alone here. I am romantically dating my Soulmate and have a spiritual relationship with my Twin and this is possible bc both energies are VERY different. You are correct, the TF is a learning experience where we understand more of our own self bc we are one. I think it has been romanticized and it makes it difficult to understand what it truly is.
So a few principles before i share my opinion:
Every thing & every one are puppets animated by ONE SOURCE.
The Supreme Self is selfless.
Because we are the masks of this one source, we are the products of its imagined potential.
The only true identity is Source... Whether its from 1st 2nd or 3rd person point of view, the self and its personas are always looking at self.
My opinion to your statement, beloved, is similar to my TF&SM experience...
This lesson it is providing me is that, all attraction necessitates an ego... Soul mates and any other relationship are attractions of the ego/mind characters we have been living, in addition to the law of karma while playing those charactera...
Twin Flame, the other half of ones soul materialized, is beyond attraction, although attraction can be there, as a result of what i stated above..

Simple yes. Soul mate was and is a choice , it's a relationship. Twin flame is a connection, not a relationship. It's mystical , new and has more of the unknown. maybe that's why it has become such a topic.
As for me I had an intensely romantic bubble period with my twin. Then suddenly he told me he lost the romantic feelings. He said it confused him because he never expected that to happen and felt like he didn’t have a choice. That it it was taken from him and now half of him was missing. It was so random and out of the blue. He then left quite coldly when before he had been so tender and warm and we basically agreed that we need to find ourselves outside of our relationship with each other. He said that he doesn’t know if he could come back to me romantically but he cares for me. I think that we were playing out the soulmate dynamic because it was the conditioning that we knew. As for now, I wonder what our dynamic would be after harmonizing the energies. I guess I’m still in the dark night of the soul cause lots of ups and downs, but yes moments of Samadhi and zen and feeling that he is part of me so my energy stops chasing. Then I get sentimental and mopey again. Then mad and thinking I want nothing to do with him. Then zen once again. This stage be crazy 😂
A big lesson that my twin triggered or i did who knows , the important thing was learning about codependency. It was hard for me to heal from needing anything on the outside of myself to make me happy. When we depend on something from the outside it can bring u happiness, but only temporarily, of course cause we can only control ourselves and nothing on the outside of us is going to be with us forever. So i had to learn to love myself more, in any situation good or bad. I prayed to God alot for me to remember the feeling i used to feel when i thought about love. Because i thought i understood wat love was before i had to learn about codependency and self love. But now when i put myself in a state of self love , it is alot more good feeling than with what i felt from a codependent partnership. So maybe thats the first lesson we need to learn from our twin flame. We need to learn how to be stronger and not let separation disappoint us so much, so we can go to the next lesson and become better for each other in this world. There are too many people in the world with hurt feelings from searching for love from outside when we have it within already. We can make ourselves feel what we think love makes you feel. So two independent people can be stronger together, without the need for attachments..we have to let each other feel free
Thanks Kurt for your coaching! I met my other self four years ago and still remember looking at him and seeing me looking back at me. There is a 41 year age difference. When I told him I wanted to be his friend he told me no, I was too old for him and we wouldn't have much in common. However, two months ago I had another encounter at the grocery store where I felt drawn to a little guy barely able to walk at the far end of the isle. When I approached I saw twin #1's face on him trying to cry. I am well versed now in the signs of meeting another incarnation of my soul and I was haunted by this little guy for weeks. The energy oscillations have pretty much leveled out but he's never far from my thoughts. I'm just not sure what my soul is up to anymore, lol. This would be an age difference really off the charts though. I also should put this out there, there have never been romantic feelings towards either person. Just a strong connection.

That will never go away but it’s about letting them just pass through and observe them and not let the energy get boiling up from the thoughts. No judgement,Let them pass and keep your energy neutral. I’m finally getting there
As long as the thoughts you have are positive without a negative emotion attached to it...its okay...the obsessive thoughts about what are they doing or anything that brings up a negative emotion are what you wanna watch out for.
Another way of looking at it is to love them in the 5D, without physical world attachments, unconditionally, and therefore you are
energetically neutral because of the unconditional love.

Hi Kurt! What I thought in the beggining was that the age gap created more triggers, on the personnal side and on the societal side, because there is judgment. In the mean while I asked my HS and I think the answer is that men (statistically) tend to die younger than women and the age gap makes it more likely that both divines die around the same time. This explanation might not make sense because not all DM are man, you are the case. So Im not sure if this answer was from my mind or from my HS... but the way it came to me, I thought it was from the HS. Thank you,

Yeah 15 year age gap and a different sexual orientation and I planned my life stripped of it and set in a new life from scratch. Was Married 30 years now divorced and a switch went off after meeting her which is why divorced. Was confused but my story is crazy in this place but finding enjoyment in life again after a few years of pain. Couldn't make this up if I tried but tired of pain and choose me.

Okay, I delve into past lives and yes there is an age gap with my Twin Flame because last lifetime I dropped my body (Died) too soon. So, this lifetime she is younger than me as she kept her body while I reincarnated and then when she finally did drop her body and reincarnate, near where I was, well, there is then an age gap and that has sure caused us a problem. One thing Kurt, the mind does not disappear when your body dies. It would only disappear if the Spirit would decide to get rid of it, I supposed. Nothing is written in stone.

I read that the older TF comes in with a more difficult life and that the other stays back to guide them through it and then incarnates. For my situation this makes sense, but I'm not sure about others.
In my case we have both had very difficult lives. But I am 23 years older and his life has been more tragic in a shorter amount of time so that we would have both suffered around the same amount of pain in totality when we met. This was 20 years ago.
