Maybe use a flex 🎉from a new motorcycle master on the handlebars to a hardliners back to the calipers and might even use a flex from hard line to calipers ! They should be off the shelf parts because it is what is used from vehicle to axle !

Can't we do hard line along the frame and rubber sections to the master cylinder and caliper?

That would be the ideal setup, but turns out they ran copper capillary tubing for the Lines and it’s all old and soft. So, now I’m looking at replacing the entire brake system. Doing some internet searching to see what’s available.

Maybe keep the hard line up until the footwell area where the pipe ends, then use hose between the master cylinder and the hard line, looks like maybe 2ft hose and remainder if the old hard line?

rewatched and maybe you could do master-hose-hardline-hose-caliper? Just enough hard line to get you through the frame (y)

Ideally that’s the way to do it. These lines are old soft copper capillary lines and I’m going to replace them. Doing this… I’ll probably run all soft lines. Doing the research now, More to follow. Thanks for watching.
