So I have become a 501c3 non profit and we are raising money to open a Therapy Center where therapist can come and have a full service facility to perform therapy on children of abuse and children and adults of all types of mental and physical disabilities and abuse. We use horses to do these therapies, Hyppo-therapy and psychotherapy and therapeutic ridding. The problem is that in order to ask for donations I have to be able to talk to people I have to be able to talk in front of crowds of people and people one on one. I have tried many times to do this. However, I have not a tooth in my head and my face is caving in more and more so I find that people do not take me seriously, they focus on my mouth and it has become so embarrassing and shameful that I can not bring myself to go out and talk to anyone anymore. I saw were there was a person that was in the same type of situation I am in and there was a dentist that was willing to do implants like the 4 on one Pro Bono. I do not have the money to even get regular dentures as the ones I had were thrown out of my mouth when I was hit by a car and the insurance company refused to replace them so I am literally with out any teeth at all. I could find my way to you if you would consider doing this pro bono. I have rescued many horses and used them to rescue many people it is my passion. I have done this for 35 years and just now was able to become a non profit so that I can continue saving horses to save people. But I honestly do not believe this will ever work as long as I have to go out toothless and ask for donations. I know this is a big ask. I know it may be a long shot. But I have to try to do something because so many lives depend on what I am doing and I cant let those down who I know these therapies will change their lives. I wouldn't ask if I didn't know how important my work is. I ...like you? save lives. Please let me know if this is something you can do in a private email at sboen63@gmail.com I can prove all that I am saying to you. and Thank you for your consideration.

Very spencer i going to get my upper arch 1700 dollars titaniun as i smok they tallme to stop smoke for 6 months before so hope in febrary be in colombia to start
In Tijuana Mexico you can do a replacement of the entire upper or lower IMPLANT dentures for $1000. A friend told me she went and got her implants done for $5000 including plane fare, hotel and food. I was there back in 2017 and the dental procedures were dirt cheap compared to San Diego.
Your videos have been super helpful! I'm trying to do the research for my dad who is experiencing bad dental hygiene for decays due to smoking and neglect. He just quit smoking recently! Smoke-free for 6 months. I'm in a fortunate position where I'm able to pay for his implants. We're starting with a doctor in NYC and see how much work he needs to get done. I'm sorry to hear so many people need this. Dental care like this improves the quality of life.
Absolutely! He is very blessed to have a daughter that cares so much! Make sure the doctor you choose has a lot of experience and great reviews! Good luck, Thanks for watching!
Had implants 2 weeks ago, $28,000, both arches, Zirconia teeth (after 3 months healing, have 3D-printed teeth temps). I'm not trying to steer anyone away from Dream Smiles, but I chose New Me Dental Implants, Houston, after 12 consults at different places to price shop. They are in the low $20s for acrylic teeth, both arches. Lab on-site, all-inclusive unless one needs special care/add-ons. I asked why they're so inexpensive at my consult. They told me the profit margin is extremely high with implants & they're simply willing to receive less profit so more can afford implants. Very little pain. Wonderful smile, couldn't be happier. Now I just gotta re-learn how to eat, smile, laugh, and look people in the face!
We don't mean to depress anyone. We want to offer correct information so if or when someone is ready to proceed to their new smile they have as much information as they need to make the best choices for themselves. Thanks for watching!
Wow, it's so expensive in the USA. The UK isn't cheap but still cheaper. Go to Europe and the work is good but half the price of the UK. I was quoted £9500 for zygomatic all on 4 implants for the upper jaw here in the UK by a specialist, but £15000 from my own dentist. I'll have to hang on to my existing teeth a little longer whilst I save up!! Great explanation by the way of the different types of materials used.
itis better to go out of the country , and I saw something in Turkey , and they have plane fares lowered in conjunction with the Dental facility and coming in to have the proceedure
Our country is a burning dumpster can for all medical access. My insurance does not even COVER my full mouth reconstruction. Its so sad. Pedontrist quoted me 20-50k!! I could NEVER afford this.
In the UK £15,000/$20,000 per arch is a typical base price but you can add on up to £3,000 depending on the prosthetic type. IV sedation will add £500 to £1,500. General anaesthesia can be £1,000 an hour. So an arch can be £23,000/$32,000 plus if you go for zirconia and general. If something goes wrong in Turkey how are things put right? What sort of professional liability insurance do they have? What implant systems do they use? Top quality implants cost the same everywhere so if you deduct that cost from the quoted price how are they offering a top quality service with legal guarantees against malpractice at that price? I live in the UK and I looked at UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden and guess what? The prices were remarkably similar. Then I looked at Turkey and dentists were quoting a third of the price. Something didn't add up.
I paid $2900 for 1 tooth. Had to go back and forth 10x. It still doesn’t look right. But I’m giving up on that dentist. He’s hopeless. He claimed that he has his own lab in-house. Nope. The implant got loose after 8 months. Went back and he drilled it back crooked. Now my retainers doesn’t fit. So hard to find a great dentist/artist. I’m in CA. This dr seems very knowledgeable.
Thank you Rath, we only do implants here! So he's definitely an expert implantologist. Sorry to hear about your issues with your implant, it's hard having missing teeth. If you ever end up needing All on 4, keep us in mind! We have people travel here from all over.
The zirconia is the strongest. It is made all in one piece, and the titanium is the Acrylic, with the titanium bar with the teeth set into it. The titanium has more of a possibility of a tooth popping off occasionally. It is still strong, but the titanium is the strongest. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe.

You’re correct, we remove the teeth place the implants… Then we attach the device to the implants. They stay in your mouth, unlike traditional dentures way you take them out every night. There’s a 4 to 6 month healing process that you’re on soft diet.

I have 9 titanium implants. 5 on bottom and 4 on top. My first operation was on Halloween 2018. It was a 2 year process till it was complete. First I had to wear dentures while my gums healed (I had all my teeth including my wisdom!) Had to go twice to get them pulled because the first time the assistant had me take 2 lorazepams and I kept falling asleep during the procedure. Then I wore snap on teeth for awhile until I got my permanent teeth (they can't be taken out, theyre screwed into the titanium) I got this done at 25 years old. My teeth were horrible. Not from drugs, not from soda, but from bulimia. All this cost me 60k. sixty thousand dollars. 40k if I just wanted the snap on teeth. (This was paid all out of pocket, no insurance or financing) Moral of the story.. take care of your teeth.. and if you're struggling with something, get help. Wishing you all the best, I know how disheartening it is to to be pain from bad/ugly teeth.
I have same 6 please tell me after 6 month when 2nd step will be same pain full 😫 real this is very pain full and you just drink no eat after 3 weeks I am still just drinking I can use temporary but I am scared of gum
This video is very helpful, but also Discouraging. I feel like I need at least the titanium on top and bottom, full mouth reconstruction and even though I have good credit, I don’t think I ever could afford like $70,000. I have crazy bad teeth as age of 35. It is hereditary 3/4 of my siblings need dentures by the time they’re in their mid-20s to mid 30s. There is not one thing in this whole world that I want more than these implants.

Thank you for this video. My next question is where I might go locally for my bi-yearly cleaning and maintenance. I'd hate to have to travel to Utah a couple of times a year for - life.
Thanks for some actual numbers to crunch. One question that I have is about my chronic rhino-sinusitis, with frequent infections. Is there much of a probability that my regular sinus infections would negatively impact an all-on-four procedure? I have ample upper jaw bone so am not expecting the sinus lift.
I need 4 implants 3 on the right and one on the left. I have a partial at the moment and hate it. I have about 7 grand in my HSA and after seeing this I’m thinking it’s no where near enough to cover the 4 teeth. 😢 would love some more info.

$20,000 for an upper arch seems outrageous to me. I’m beginning to think there is a price-fixing network that sets the price ranges nation wide. The procedures have improved and streamlined since this technique first appeared-increased availability with no lowering of costs. Do medical facilities fall under any anti-trust law? Again $20 k for 3 hrs.office time, no surgery other than setting posts, & one acrylic device is absolutely ridiculous. I’d like to see the Financial statements of these offices.
I appreciate your comments, but are you medically trained to know the procedure? And the follow up visits and all the ups and downs and risks of the all on 4? I’d love to see you and give you a consultation and we can give you all the information you were asking for.
@Brand X So, implants are about the price of a nice car. Only the rich can afford a nice car? I'm not rich, not even close, and had implants 2 weeks ago.
I would never say never. I said he would be able to tell us how much Bon a person has. My grandmother had her dentures for over 30 years, and I was able to give her the all on 4 procedure. And she’s doing very well with them. she is turning 88 this year.
@@implantsecrets wow that's amazing, great to hear.. did she need bone regrowth stuff done or did she naturally have enough bone left?? I read that need 5mm thick width of bone and mine just look like lines now, I'm hanging on to my lower front 4 teeth for dear life after last week a new bad dentist took my last 3 upper left teeth ( canine and 2 premolars) saying they were rotten even tho I only went as fillings had just come out, leaving me with only 1 upper right premolar crown and snapped off my 2 lower canines leaving the now painful nerve exposed roots in until referral comes through which could take at least 9 months, thankfully I have found another dentist who will try extract roots in 2 weeks but I'm wondering if I'd be better off keeping them in just to keep that part of jaw thicker until I have enough money to get done also been tempted to just stick a clean screw in left premolar extraction site b4 it completely heals I know u won't be able to tell me to do that but I'm so desperate to have teeth again without the roof of my mouth having to be glued to plastic since removal of those 3 upper left teeth ( I didn't need glue b4) which feels so uncomfortable, even tho these 2 nerve exposed roots are painfull and so would be potentially sticking a screw in my gum opposite side of crown if it is the only way I can save myself from loosing out on getting the closest thing to normal teeth I would deffo do it as mad as it sounds, I'm just terrified these latest extractions is gonna mess up my chances and for me bone regrowth financially never going to be an option, I've heard for about 4 grand( which although would be hard to get just about not impossible) I could get upper and lower all on four although I would obviously rather at least 6, finding any more money for bone regrowth would-be impossible as I guess it would cost more than the teeth and procedure put together and I just don't have access to that kind of money, sorry to moan on just really hope u gonna say yea my nan didn't need bone regrowth and she also only had a thin line of gums too!!
I was referred by a dentist to tufts dental school for a more reasonable price but, was shocked when I saw my treatment plans first one was $52.600 the second $48.900 then they told me to choose which one I wanted. I couldn’t believe it. I need to change all my crowns they said, also have teeth pulled, implants and the list goes on. I keep thinking how much the same treatment plan would cost me at a different office but I’m afraid to go through that again

Every time I see a video like this if gets my hopes up for nothing. Being disabled I only make about $1200 a year. Still I'm trying to find a way to get this done. First for my daughter who's only 27, then myself. Honestly I'd be fine just being able to get it done for her. Then I watch and research, finding the prices are never actually affordable for the majority of people. It's heartbreaking.
@@albryant2385 me too. I’d probably gift at least 5 people per year. Many dentists wouldn’t dream of doing that. They want every penny. Even from low income families.
@@albryant2385efore I threw my money up in the air to help these people I would first want to see how can we bring the cost down so that more people would feel comfortable with the cost. This should not force people to part with their life savings. Come on 30 to 40 thousand for one arch? That would still be beyond a lot of people's reach if it was both arches. I went to ClearChoice and they quoted 50 thousand for both arches. I shook my head in utter disbelief and walked out.
Then you use Google type in low income dental care. The state and town you live in. There should be charities and clinics to call near you. Bring proof income to your appointment. That is how I got my teeth pulled. These places don’t give you dentures. So I went online and ordered Easy Dentures. Full set was $400. Now I can eat and smile. I fail to see how depressing yourself is helpful. My husband is disabled and I work part time as Nanny. This procedure costs more than we earn in year. So I went with the option that I could afford. My advice is for you to do the same.
We recommend the All-on-4® Zirconia with a titanium bar. Please checkout this video for more details on the different options: ruclips.net/video/m9X26G1IrHg/видео.html

I'm in the research phase now... I know for a fact that my main problem is my lower teeth as a couple are loose(2 middle) and I have periodontal issues.. I have not lost any teeth nor are any loose on my upper arch... One question I have... Do you typically screw in the arch thru each set implant to make them non-removable(except by a Dentist) ?? That would seem preferable to me..
Yes, it’s called an All on 4 procedure. Where we have four implants on top and 4 implants on the bottom placed in specific places. Then we will screw the denture in from the implants that are screwed into the bone. Only the dentist with the right tools can take them off. this is most like your natural teeth.
@@implantsecrets Ha! As an aircraft mechanic, I can unscrew my teeth from my implants if I wanted to. Simple, tiny torque-tip bit. I won't do it, though, I'm just being silly.
@@crooked-halo It sounds easy and simple... but I wouldn't advise doing yourself. If you strip or break the screw you will be in a real costly bind... Thanks for watching!
Yes, when we talk about arch it is either the top arch, or the bottom arch. We prefer doing the general anesthesia, or you can opt for the IV sedation.

A couple other factors are important like steady income history and debt/income ratio but if those are both good, I think you might have a chance. The only way to really know is to try.
Very good explanation on this. great job with the video it answered a lot of my questions..i've been pondering doing this for a little while now and the cost seems reasonable. One question though that is not cost related. How long from start to finish (time frame) from pulling the teeth to getting the fixed implant in?
Within 24 hours you’ll have a beautiful smile with the Fixed temporary teeth. You’ll be on soft foods for 4 to 6 months depending on your healing. When you come back and start designing your permanent teeth. So 6 to 8 months.
@@implantsecrets this is the ideal scenario, since gums and bone need to heal and assume a stable environment. The "teeth in a day" that I've seen, from my understanding, gives you your final/permanent teeth the day after the surgery - then the oral healing and changes start. Having temporaries for 6 - 8 months is obviously the way to go.

I have soft teeth anyway and have had plenty of root canals done by a good honest Dr when I could afford him. I have never felt so much pain as I did when he did the four. And I almost died from a impacted tooth that got infected and I was septic and put in a coma for 5 days and the put 2 holes in my neck. An arch is your top set of teeth or your bottom set of teeth. Another words dentures you would have either on your top arch or your lower arch... Does it help you?
After looking at this video and prices that's a little to high, I live in California and in one of you videos you mention your prices would be cheaper because of your location, when i heard 20,000 to 40Gs...that's way out of my range....I did meet with two dentist here one locally and the other in Los Angeles and both gave me a lower rate then yours rate on here.....in fact one of them was for 15,000.00 per arch..which would be more convenient and closer to home where i would not have to travel out of state...Haven't made up my mind 40 G is way to much money to invest........especially at our age....i love your work, that's for sure but the cost is my issue.......
I understand. Please do your research. Compare apples to apples. Ask about where they send there lab cases? What material they are using? What brand of implants? There is a lot that goes into this procedure. If a office is offering a lot lower price, there is a reason. Check on google reviews and the experience of the surgeon. There are some very key nerves in your jaw that you have to work around during the surgery. Good Luck my friend! Thanks for watching!

Mexico is a nightmare when its comes to dental work. I had a tooth pulled in Mexicali and although it was only $60 it took a whole month to heal. Idk what the hell they did wrong but when I went to my regular dentist they chastised me for leaving the country getting work done and said that my life could have been in danger being that I already suffer from heart failure. I'm pretty lucky I didn't die over a darn tooth being pulled. But the outrageous cost of dental work in the U.S forces alot of people to take those detrimental health risk smh I wish it wasn't like this smh

I'm 55 and have a full set of dentures and no bone on top or bottom . My dentures have never fit properly, and my mouth and gums are always so sore and painful! They won't even stay in with adhesive and fall right out when I take a bite of anything and I am always gagging on them so I never wear them to eat, it's useless as they won't stay in. And I take them out as soon as I get home because I'm gagging on them. Insurance should cover for people that have no bone and need grafting just to be able to have a healthy way of life and is not embarrassed to go out in public and eat. And I'm poor and on Medicaid and have no income. Still awaiting my disability. I would love to be able to be confident and go out and without mouth pain.
There really needs to be better dental insurance available because that's ridiculous $40,000-$60,000 up? You must be raking in millions. There are not many dental insurance policies that even cover implants. I bought one, the best that was available for $70 a month, it still has a deductible, you have to wait a year for the implant coverage and then it only pays $2,000 which is a far cry from $40,000 - $60,000. It might as well be a million. Why hasn't the price for this come down? With other medical procedures as they became more common prices dropped considerably but these seem to have only increased. It's a shame, so many lives could be changed by this yet because of price they can't. I might as well go with cheaper dental insurance because I'll never be able to afford to get them with prices like this.

We understand that the expense is high and not everyone has that kind of money just burning a hole in their pocket. But rather than try to get our costs covered with hidden fees, we find helping people understand is the most honest and helpful approach, especially since a lot of our patients are elderly! Thank you for the feedback Dawn.
Yes and they do this in the public aid clinics which is why I went from a full set of teeth to nothing from them pading the ticket and doing work for the sake of getting money! And not one Lawyer wants to go up against the Government! My reward won't be in this world obviously!

I just had iv sedation and all my bottom teeth extracted with a block graft and all teeth sockets bone grafted and dr also took 10cc of mg blood for plasma growth factor treatment.I am an adrenal patient also which can sometimes complicate things. The ins doesn’t cover the bone grafts etc...They will pay the maxofacial oral surgeon to extract teeth.I am about to go at the end of the month and get my temporary lower denture until December. The bone grafts have to heal for the implants (4). My insurance pays 50% of 1600x4. Then abutment fees and final implant new denture fee.Very very costly.I Thank God that the medication only affected my bottom teeth. The funny thing is that I never thought of myself as vain person but, going without bottom teeth for 2-3 weeks will humble you as a female.
Many people don't realize the emotional and psychological affects that missing teeth can have on you until you're in that position! We're sorry you're going through this and hope that it all goes well for you in December.
So tru so tru. I had 28 extractions and all on 4 done in one day. Total fucking disaster. He never told me my bottom teeth were not screwed in. 3 weeks post op, they fell out my mouth while I was eating noodles. I screamed so loud. I was very humbled. Its his fault tho. He never told me my bottom teeth were mobile. I was swollen so I didn't find out until the swelling went down and I started to eat soft foods. Very humbling. I can NEVER unsee my mouth like that. He promised me at pre op that my upper and lower would be screwed in. Pray for me
So I have become a 501c3 non profit and we are raising money to open a Therapy Center where therapist can come and have a full service facility to perform therapy on children of abuse and children and adults of all types of mental and physical disabilities and abuse.
I know he's already got allot of family who wish he could pro bono. His costs alone are very expensive to cover himself.

It should never cost more than what you paid, in my honest opinion.

I'm getting my consultation as well! I'm totally with you, yes it costs but it's worth saving for 💙💙
Absolutely, a good prosthodontist is key. My implants were a two year process. Clear choice says a day... That's scares me lol
This is accurate. I didn’t use them but my total was just a hair over 30k. Best money I ever spent!
Thank you for commenting!
itis better to go out of the country , and I saw something in Turkey , and they have plane fares lowered in conjunction with the Dental facility and coming in to have the proceedure
@@prettyeyes1752 Consider that you'll need follow up care 1-2 times/year, so you'll likely have to travel yearly.
Do you have warranty if yes for how many years ?
My dentist gave me a lifetime warranty for the titanium implants. But only a very short warranty for the teeth
@@nicolepeterson6344 how much did you paid? I would like to do same
I paid $2900 for 1 tooth.
I'm curious, how many hours of work goes into your average arch reconstruction?
What about a bridge and dental caps? We are currently going with bridges as they are $20,000 dollars less.
hi i have a question which one is best zirconia implants or titanium i am concern about materiel
The zirconia is the strongest. It is made all in one piece, and the titanium is the Acrylic, with the titanium bar with the teeth set into it. The titanium has more of a possibility of a tooth popping off occasionally. It is still strong, but the titanium is the strongest. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe.

so you put the implant in, then the teeth there is no wearing a regular denture until your gums and bones heak?
All of your teeth are removed for the procedure, they replace all of your natural teeth.

Thanks for sharing your story Nicole. We hope you are doing better. Congratulations on your new smile! Thanks for watching...

Then I watch and research, finding the prices are never actually affordable for the majority of people. It's heartbreaking.
We offer financing options, and a lot of people do that route. dreamdentalimplants.com/financing/ Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!
i wish i had a lot of money to help all these people
@@albryant2385 me too. I’d probably gift at least 5 people per year. Many dentists wouldn’t dream of doing that. They want every penny. Even from low income families.
Couldn't agree more with you! It's disgusting😔
Why, why, why. Does it cost so much money. Let’s get 100% real. It’s all about profit.
Facts
clearly you didn't watch the video. The cost was explained.
@dentreveal3820 An excuse still isn't reasonable to justify somethings a d yeah, I clearly watched the video

Is it dangerous to do full mouth implants in one day? Heard there's bone graft in some cases, and some prosedures take months.
We always put the patient on antibiotics before hand. And as long as the patient adheres to the protocols Dr Hendriks gives out everything works out good. Dr Hendriks will extract teeth do the bone graft and put implants on the same surgery. You still Have for six months of healing for your implants. A cost of $24,000.00 is what affected me...just for a lower plate. Impossible cost for me.

Yes, when we talk about arch it is either the top arch, or the bottom arch. We prefer doing the general anesthesia, or you can opt for the IV sedation.

In my early 60's
I switched to fluoride-free toothpaste now after losing 4 teeth and I am only 23, do you think its a good idea?
Take care of your gums better.
No. There’s people it will tell you HAL dangerous floor is but my advice would be to get toothpaste with fluoride in it remember you’re spitting it out after you’re done brushing the only way you’re gonna have issues with fluoride which is listed as a poison is if you swallow copious amounts of it best regards from the state of Kentucky and good luck.
Yes. Fluoride is terrible for our health.

Never give up Christine, you are still so young! I agree, that insurance should cover procedures that will help a patient be healthy.
