I was born with straight hair and curl mine ha ha. His curls were soft and beautiful.
Then wtach something else. It's his channel, he's showing his job, straighten people's hair. His costumers happy with the results. If you don't like it he never force you to watch it. Go watch some videos about alaskan salmon or anything else.

Because his hair was originally curly, and when it's curly, it looks thicker. Because he made it straight, the scalp was more exposed than before. That's why it looks thinner after applying the products.
