I have been thinking about creating a Lego ruler for a long time. I am glad to see they are producing this now. They put so much information on it that I wouldn't have considered. I might need to order one for our build area.
6:10 The lower right one is the small pneumatic cylinder, the lower left one ist the small linear actuator and the top one is the "medium" linear actuator (the medium one used to be the large one until an even longer one came out in 2019). Don't know, why they didn't just include all linear actuators and the pneumatic cylinders, I'm sure it would have fit. But on the other hand, the people working with these parts probably know the measures already anyways. For anyone interested, the measures for the other pneumatic cylinders are: - medium (2l wide, 7l retracted, 10.5l extended) - large 2x11 (2l wide, 11l retracted, 17l extended) - large 1x11 (1l wide, 11l retracted, 18.5 extended) The measures of the large linear actuator are 15l retracted and 23l extended.
Only one of them is a pneumatic cylinder, the small one on the bottom right. The others are linear actuators, medium on the top and small on the bottom right.
The top right bits you don't recognize are technic motor driven cylinders and the brackets they mount into. Think about something that is used to raise or lower the dump body in a truck, or move the bucket on a front end loader.
They included probably because that's what they needed at the time. You and I only can guess at how much of a finished work that they needed that day when they built or designed it
Supercool! A musthave for a Lego creator, and lemme say for a cutting mat of those dimensions that's even a fair price. With graphics, technical data and quotes, the color palette... That's awesome!
As a boardgamer these neoprene mats are great and so I am use to seeing a 2ft x 3 ft mat. I actually have a 3 ft by 6 ft on my table. For Lego this is awesome and will I need to get 1 or 2 for my building table.
Oh boy, good question. I think it was a couple of weeks, but I bought it when It was first released, so there may have been a longer fulfillment time then.

I ordered one as soon as I saw it! Mine hasn’t arrived yet so I really appreciate your review!
Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks for the explanation. Not anything I foresee using in my city builds but it's good to know!
6:16 Those diagrams are for the Technic "hydraulic" (pneumatic, really) boom elements showing the extended and retracted views

Just got mine yesterday and love it
That is awesome!!!!! Great to build on!!!
Yes!!! Just ordered it. Thank you for this tip (and all the other ones too!). Love your videos. 😊
You are so welcome! Thanks for your support!

Thanks! I wonder why they found those important enough to put on there?

I’ve got to order one of these. Cool is definitely the word I’d use to describe this. Thank you for making me aware of this.
Hope you enjoy it!

Waiting for mine to arrive.
It's worth every penny!
Got one this week as well, this is awesome, goes with the periodic table really well
Very cool, this is a gem and looks great on the lego desk imho.
I think so too!
Wow! that is the coolest lego thing!👍
I agree!
Just love it, got it yesterday! My mouse is happy too with the biggest mat ever, works like a charm too
Great review! I have a similar mat when I work on my RC cars and trucks. Definitely need a Lego one!
Yes you do
Looks great, ordered mine a little while back. Checked the tracking, should be here this week!
Hope you enjoy it!
Im pretty late to the game but ordered one and should hopefully have it next week. Excited!!!
Thanks for the video and the link. I ordered mine!!!
Hope you enjoy it!
I understand why your wife would automatically assume a long rubbery package was hers and hurridly open it without checking the address.
Bro woke up and chose violence 💀
Love that!
🗿
I've order one too. So stoked to get mine

1:20 in and I bought it. So cool! I’ve been using a self-healing art mat to protect my table top. I can’t wait to use this.
Hope you enjoy it! Thanks for your support!
Received mine couple of days ago. First build on it will be the Botanical Garden
I’d love a book on LEGO Math - so I don’t have to turn by brain inside out.
How long did it take to arrive after you ordered it?

Love it - Ordered a couple of these MAT already
