Fantastic home. I never seen steps backing as shelves, gr8 concept. Seems like so much space. Agree with recliner never understood the seating most so not comfy. Even a futon better . B different if weight moving alot , but u diff rig then! U have a home to grow with still wana camp u can as u said!
I see an underlying theme. A lot of these people get free land from friends and family. The average person will have a huge added cost that's glossed over in these videos
Exactly. Having to obtain your own land and utilities will make the costs soar. It’s still better to build a real home on a piece of property for the sake of resale.
In our videos, we always address where people have their tiny house parked and how much they pay. Most people we show rent land, in communities or on someone else’s property. A handful of fortunate folks are able to buy land and many others are also fortunate to have kind family who allow them to park for free or for an affordable rent. We think it’s wonderful when family is able to help their family in that way. 😊💫
Wow it's a nice tiny house with a nice person nice person living in it. The cost for me is a bit too much from where I live with just $25 000 I think I will have a full home of my own.
