- We hadn't realised just how excited we would be to share this vlog with you until we got there. No doubt you have seen the news about Beck Hall becoming England's first 100% plant-based hotel, and we were there to film it on the day it happened. We went on Dec 1st 2023 to have diinner and stay for bed and breakfast. What a wonderful time we had, we hope you enjoy watching what we captured as much as we enjoyed capturing it. xx

Oh I was supposed to come here for my 39th birthday on Saturday but I caught a sickness bug. I'm absolutely gutted. I've been before and the food was amazing. But I wanted to come for my birthday as it tied in with them going 100% plantbased, as I'll be vegan 6 years next year. Such a beautiful place. And a beautiful vlog from you beautiful people too! ❤

I've been working all day so just watching your vlog now. But checked out their website earlier at lunchtime and the hotel looks beautiful (I book hotels and travel as part of my job and I wouldn't hesitate to book it and stay myself).
The chef's obviously worth their salt. It's really nice to see vegan fine dining, dunno about you but I'm sick to the back teeth of vegan burgers.
Loved the Christmas decorations in the dining room, very nice. Lovely views. Actually it might not be this year but next year I'm seriously considering booking for a relaxing stay.I hope you enjoyed your stay despite filming, it looks devine.

That looks amazing. Sadly, these beautiful historic properties cannot be wheelchair accessible for me, but wonderful channels like this allow me to still satisfy my love of historical buildings 🙂

Wow this place looks amazing, may have to look into finding a way of getting there for a stay, I'd have to stay on a less busy night, as I like places to be very quiet, I've a good mind to go just for the steak pudding, used to love a steak pudding and have never seen a vegan one.

If I didn't live thousands of miles across the "Big Pond, I would visit Beck Hall in a heartbeat!" What a lovely, cozy and restful place for Nature's renewal and nurturing foods. I am so happy for the proprietors to have had a successful opening. Also thrilled for you both to have spent such an uplifting and pleasurable visit there. The footage of the surrounding areas outdoors seem like Old World paintings come to life. Guessing it can feel timeless walking around the grounds. You are both so wonderful to offer this video for us to enjoy. And the word-of-mouth props this video has provided is sure to bring prosperity to these wonderful hoteliers. I am sharing this video with anyone I know to be traveling to the UK. Always feel better after one of your videos - Thank you. 😺

Yes, go to the website, but _do not_ go to Trip Advisor to read the numerous butthurt comments from non-vegans who cannot eat plant-based meals for a weekend, and will therefore never again darken the doors of what they claim was their favorite country hotel for decades. Vegans, support this place! If I lived there, I'd book a stay for every season because this vlog made it look so charming and hospitable, with delectable food shots and delightful footage of the landscape. Plus, dogs! Paul and Jason, you are so good at this kind of thing, maybe you _should_ do vegan travel reviews as a side hustle, as has been suggested in comments in your live feeds? Thanks SO much for posting!

Looks an amazing place. I'll try and make it down to yorkshire at somepoint. The owners/staff seem amazing, hopefully more places take note and fully plant based establishments become the norm. WOW, well done on the drone footage, and all the filming, it was excellent. Looks a fabulous cosy retreat, touches of luxury and history everywhere, the nature, and the friendly, attentive staff. The food!!! It's a stress relief just to know everything is 100% plant based, you don't even have to ask. Beautiful touches, the flask of oat milk, very thoughtful. And seeing the sprouts on your plate reminded me of a lovely cafe in Perth around this time last year, such a thoughtful vegan addition, as why should we have to do without "the trimmings"?! My, everything looked great. It's a must visit. let's hope they do very well, looks excellent for visitors from UK and abroad. Love Yorkshire, Love you Guys. Thankyou so much. I notice you didn't eat that thing that looked like a bone. Do you know what it was made of?
It was listed on the menu we showed and Jason read it out in detail, it was a cinnamon 'bone'.
@@ThoseVeganGuys Oh, sorry, I obviously wasn't concentrating - I was rather taken aback by how realistic it looked. I think I personally would have found it rather off-putting, but it obviously tasted good.judging by the clean plates.
