That’s great that serious well after only having had a few flights before. I’m so happy to have stumbled upon your first video. You did a really awesome for never having filmed before you had a natural way of describing everything and also blogging. Don’t worry so much about background and lighting. I am visually impaired and I think that people focus way too much on visual stuff and it’s much more about the content which you do a great job on. What kind of dog is serious by the way? Also I commend you for flying on your own because I find that a really scary thought and I don’t even have anxiety.
Awesome vlog. Sirius is soooo chill for a young lad. I wish I lived closer to airport for training environment (moving walkways/ potty areas and terminals). Having a small dog helps since I can scoop her up and carry her tho. Lol
We have our first flight with our dog, Obiwan in May. I'm feeling overwhelmed/nervous with how he'll be on his first take off and landing. Any tips you can share or just distract them with a bone/toy?
i have a question for anyone really, please feel free to give your opinions and ideas. what should i do if i have a really long flight. for example like 8-9 hours on a single flight? can you do this with a service dog, or should you do take two separate flights to your destination? thanks, have a great day!
If it’s possible to take two flights, that may be best. However, if it’s not, you can bring potty pads (make sure to train him to use them) and take him into the bathroom to use it. It’s probably going to be tight so you’ll have to decide what’s best for the two of you. You can use this truck in regular restrooms too. Withholding fluids to some degree may be best, but be very careful if you choose to do this. We all get more dehydrated at altitudes.
You should do a video on how a service dog should handle another dog like charging them or something like that. I have looked through your videos and I dont think you have done one like that.
or of you mean to visit america no bc we don’t have registration here, but she is not from canada she is from pennsylvania and lived in ontario california at the time
Thank you for this informational video. We are considering a giant schnauzer for our next dog. My daughter has anxiety issues so we are planning to use the dog for her service dog. How did you find the breeder? Sirius is really sweet and gentle. Good choice.
they're probably from when he has had his ears cropped or to make them stand up. however, i can't be sure because this is my first time on their channel.
@@keiramasters8287 it’s because when they teeth all the cartilage in their body softens and their ears flop inwards so they are posted to stop it happening

how long until you can take the ear cones off completely?
Normally until after teething they need to be consistent, but after that they can start being down more to strengthen

If he was micro chipped what would happen at security?
He is microchipped, and nothing special happens and the metal detector doesn't go off either.
I’m sorry and know I’m late but in Canada I know that they have legal registration so do they need that to visit?
because we live in america as long as we are just visiting they cannot require us to have one
