You can make it.. She replaced sugar and oil with coconut sugar and coconut oil.. It will not make any difference in taste.. But I think it's better to use butter or ghee instead of refined oil.. Because some refined oils smell..

Haven’t tried yet with ragi. You can use ordinary wheat flour instead of khapli wheat. Hope this helps.
