Thank you so much for these! I'm 51 and would like to lose about 20 pounds is all. I used to run 3 miles per day and can't anymore due to my bad knees and plantar in one of my feet. I'm so thankful to have seen these as I feel I can do these without hurting my knees. I'm leaving for Hawaii in 4 weeks and hoping to see results from this leg exercise as well as the arm workout that I started yesterday! Thank you!!!

these are so great they include cardio in these and i really want to lose weight for summer!! these are so fun and still doable and make me sweat!! i usually hate cardio so im glad these have small bits of it. i am doing a bunch of your workouts

Hi Sally, have been doing this for last 12 days.. my body is responding but slowly.. can I continue this same workout for a long period of time like 1-2 months, to achieve the results. I am 40 and focus on building strength and stamina
I just finished your thigh workout. Man do I need to strengthen those muscles. I barely made it. Is this a good workout for LOSING weight in my thighs or just for toning those muscles?
I follow these exercises for slim thigs almost every day and even when holding my infant -at least the 90% of them. I can do them any time around the house, without having a yoga mat in place and it takes only approx 15!
Hi Sally I wantes to say this worked for me however there was progress because I believe in you however I have been injured last night I woke up an d an area on the leg beside our women area wasnt fat before and now it is.

Omg! This!!! I just had shoulder surgery and cannot so anything because in reality even cardio machines add the arms in. This was perfect!
