My understanding is that this is now awaiting official approval. With the Endor AG stock already demonstrating some recovery do you think this will be the turning point for Fanatec?
Here is my recent Fanatec experience. I ordered a full Fanatec rig the beginning of April and it was fully delivered just 3 days later. Everything works great, and I’m super happy.

My mate ordered full bundle in Feb 24,all turned up 14 days later to UK, So I then ordered late end of March, all turned up within 16 days to UK.. All kit working and nothing missing from both orders. Both ordered QR2 stuff on our orders and had NO problems..... even with reading all the Doom and Gloom regarding the B/Fri deals not coming we went for it knowing the problem wasn't gonna hit us like others, Due to reading the site info and knowing orders would not be sent if incomplete ..i.e QR1 issues...Happy with Fanatec as both were a First Time experience shopping with them. every company has its problems and to hear this now about Fanatec out of the total BS others have been pitting against them is a healthy and prosperous outcome... Well done TTR

I think things are definitely getting better, even looking at replies on this comment thread. I still think they have a long road to go before restoring customer faith. Hoping they really get their stuff together and return to being a leading company in our great little community 💪🏻

I am hoping once they get through this rough patch they can get back on top of their A game. They are not out of the woods yet, but a very positive move!
Lucky you. I went through hell to get my stuff. Months and months of thousands of dollars in limbo. Didn't get service until I disputed payment..
Love my DD2 and the rest of the Fanatec Products. Never had any issues with products arriving on time. Ordered the QR2 and got it in a week.
Had my DD2 for a long time and done many miles with it. You will enjoy the QR2, although I resented buying it, it makes it feel like a new wheel base 👍🏻

It seems like an easy cash cow for them would to be release some new steering wheels (of course would take some time to implement). While some of their steering wheels are nice, it appears there is room for more formula wheels and a better entry level universal hub.
I agree! They have released the Formula V2 to death! They also lack some decent GT wheels to compete with offerings from other companies 👀
Problem with this is the initial layout for machining and parts, could easily spend millions on production before they have a product ready for market

They just re-signed the F1 deal also, with all this happening in the background, I’m surprised F1 doubled down on them as a company but an industry with Fanatec in it is better than one without it
This is interesting, I wasn't aware of that. I agree with you. I feel that the community is much better with Fanatec in it, than without it.
Fanatec need to get back to making products for their customers instead of getting into sponsorships in games or esport events. These sponsorships only promote fanatec, it does not encourage people to buy fanatec products.

I am writing from Italy, I ordered a complete bundle plus accessories worth 1000 euros on January 19th and I received it on April 24th, so only 4 days ago. Luckily everything is there and it works but it was too long a wait and I was afraid of losing my money.
I hope fanatec does better in the future.
A 3 month wait for goods of any value is unacceptable if they are in stock. They need to up their game with their logistics across the board and create a similar experience for everyone who buys from them 💪🏻

This was definitely not on my Fanatec bingo card! 🤯
I ordered my DD+ and a few other items on black friday last year. When I finally got my shipment 4 months later, there were items missing AND I was shipped the wrong wheelbase. It took 1.5 months after that to get everything sorted with a refund. During this period, I ordered a DD+ extreme knowing that the return process was going to be grueling. I received that DD+ extreme in less than a week.
4 months is ridiculous for something that was listed as in stock. They need to do better. However, it is somewhat reassuring that the DD+ extreme got to you in less than a week. Perhaps things are now starting to change?

The industry needs and wants fanatec. Now all they have to do is consolidate their product lines and offer things that people want for good prices. Forget things like qr2 pro and update that formula wheel finally and focus on things that give value for money
I actually don't want to have Fanatec around if(!) they continue treating their customers the way they do right now. The industry has developed and there are a lot of good companies around, who will not mistreat their customers,...which means, not screwing them over, scamming or gaslighting them and having an available and helpful customer service network in place. The only thing Fanatec has, which sets them apart from other brands, is the Playstation compatibility. Without it, they would be out of business by now.
@@mementomori4972 i definitely don't disagree. I think that this downward spiral has probably been going on for a long time now too and they gave been trying to find ways to silently cover it up till it blew up.. more major players is always a good thing. That playstation compatibility had me for a long time considering sticking with fanatec but there are just too many better products for the same price out there I settled on just using an emulator when that time comes
I think the industry is better with Fanatec in it than without it. The more companies competing, the better it is for us as the consumer. However as @mementomori4792 hinted at, they need to up their game with the small things like customer service and logistics. Once those are solved then they should move their focus to new products.
Everything I’ve ordered in the past has arrived efficiently. I think people are having issues when they order stuff that’s not in stock… ie; QR1 which comes with every wheel!
I think it is more than that. There have been issues with people receiving goods that were marked as in stock unfortunately 😕
