This dude picked me up when I was hitchhiking in Iceland....seriously.
He gave me a 97 mile ride all the way to Reykjavik.

While I agree with the sentiment, keeping the knowledge on how to make a weapon whose only use is to inflict harm, death, and suffering isnt as important as other things.

I'll take that over my trusty _dad's belt_ that does trauma inflict effect and stacks 7% speed every time the hit lands while the opponent is blocking

That’s pretty silly, I stopped watching his content because the “yeah” at the beginning is the exact opposite of the way you described. It almost always condescending. My uncle is the exact same type of human as this man and I’ve never heard him answer a question with direct arrogance.

I knew a kid like this in middle school. He was always making weapons out of the most random things. He once got in trouble for making a ninja throwing star in metal shop. He was pretty cool.

My friends and i made a popcorn canon out of a 2ft piece of 3/4 pipe and a end cap with a hole in it and cheery bomb firecrackers.older kids from a different block wanted to fight us they lost we had four canons with 1 cup of pop corn in them they charged we fired they ran and didn't come back. Never heard from any cops either.this was 1964.

I took a wooden ax handle and ran 6” x 1/4” deck screws all around the end 15” from from the tip. Works good for porch pirates
Effective enough but I just took a rolling pin and added a heavy bolt to the end and wrapped it with tape. You want a deterrent, not a deadly weapon in those circumstances, if they are not inside your house you can get murder or at very least manslaughter charge from that. Self defense only implies an immediate threat to your life, so a less deadly weapon would be more appropriate. Just FYI, you're not allowed to just kill anyone that violates your property.

@@WellWellWel Yeah I have made a few in my day, both bushcraft and industrial. Just saying deadly force isn't the best idea for porch pirates, you might just be the one going to jail. A nice heavy bolt to bust a kneecap or whatever would be more appropriate. A home invader though you might get away with using something like that.

I'm glad I rewatched it because the first time I thought those were sharpened wooden stakes and if you hit something/someone with it it would do as much or more damage to the clubs stakes as it did to what you hit. The antlers are way too long not to fall out after a decent strike. It's not like you can expect them to penetrate by more than an inch hitting anything that's not an eyeball...

The average human adult swinging you full force with this thing in the chest would kill you, no doubt about it. Would it lose some antlers after the hit? Maybe, would it stills be usable, definitely. The point of a war weapon like a spiked club is to kill, this weapon can CLEARLY kill, now there’s only so much you can expect in term of durability when the weapon is as primitive as this.

The antlers definitely fall out but you kinda want that like how the Aztecs used to use obsidian chunks that would break and fall out on purpose to add to the damage
Well the stick itself is a club, the spikes are there just to add penetrating power to a bludgeoning type weapon
I'd assume this is only used for hunting and protection so it should do just fine putting holes into fleshy prey or predators. Then open your inventory and equip any new antlers you need to repair you club.
