  • You may have a serious damp problem, even before you can smell it, with corrosion creeping up masonry walls, and floor timbers swelling and rotting. This problem can be permanently solved by installing a solar sub-floor ventilator.
The five common problems prevented by effective solar sub-floor ventilators:-
    • Horrible, mouldy smells.
    • Rotting floor boards & stumps.
    • Damage to internal walls & paintwork.
    • Crumbling brickwork and foundations.
    • Breeding ground for termites, white ants & borers.
    Three Solutions:
    1. External wall mounted air extractor fans.
    2. In-line fans - install duct or PVC pipe to either or both inlet and outlet.
    3. For large areas, 300 mm Gable-mount or In-line fans.
SAM Solar Air Module for pre-heating the air (optional)
