I was embarrassed for the poor dude that had the Mustang and didn't realise he was driving an insult to KR. Mustangs are very beautiful cars - great as the evil cop car in Transformers - sort of suits, but NOT as KITT.........I'm sure if you went around showing people a picture of both a standard Pontiac TransAm/Firebird and a later Mustang.......and asked them which one is KITT/KARR, people will always and should always point at the picture of the Pontiac. The Mustang may of been KITT.......but it wasn't KITT - well thats my opinion anyway ;-) Thanks for sharing

I used to have a 1984 firebird over 20 years ago but I wrecked it in 1996. My insurance company totaled the car but the agent told me the car could of been fixed and put back on the road. I told the insurance agency that is what you are going to do with it. After that I got a 1988 firebird but after owning it over 8 years it started to nickle and dime me so I got rid of it..

Actually people that are hardcore fan's of K.R that belong to some chapter's of knight rider club and no don't get them confused with the ku klux klan Like for example Southern Kinghts Of California that kind of club of course there are monthly dues just to stay in the club..Yeah you would have to hide baby in your garage but only in a nice area of the city with less crime , GET YOUR FRIEND'S TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAR IS'NT REAL people can lie up and down on the internet , that kitt is real that is just to pull you in in order for you to believe their stories..Hollywood California is a fantasy world for tv show's & the movie's to get you "the viewing audience" to get you to believe in it..
