Nyada is a school that supposedly never gets past the first opportunity. They denied another chance to Jesse who was leader, champion and winner of nationals in his glee club and later director of VA, and only because they said that he had a small breathing problem (something perfectly treatable and correctable and that NO ONE even Shelby repaired. in that). They denied another opportunity to Kurt, who changed his itinerary at the last moment and went to the cliff, with "Not the boy next door" and the only explanation for that was "that he did only entertained" (He at least was not wrong as Rachel ) Rachel did not have one, but three opportunities to enter NYADA, THREE. Rachel did not have one, but three opportunities to enter NYADA, THREE. Three chances for someone who failed the audition, and the next after she left Nyada herself and then came back. It doesn't make fucking sense. At this point it seems to me that it is more than clear that in this program they strive to be unrealistic, as long as they manage to pamper their protagonist.
I love when Kurt/Chris sings "I'm not sorry for just being me, but if you look past the pas t you can see. " always loved that line in the song cause for some odd reason I can relate to that line and to the rest of the song but mostly just this line in particular, it's just a beautiful lyric to me I guess.
Carmen was obviously looking for deeper emotions and not just pure show/entertainment. She also disappointed to hear Rachel wanted to sing Dont Rain On My Parade.
but not everything is about deep emotions, like Rachel CRIES IN EVERY FREAKING SONG IS NOT THAT DEEP, i hate her sorry. Kurt choose the song not only because itll be a show, kinda represented him i think. He did amazing ❤️🤠👑

It's from the 'Sadie Hawkins' episode (season 4). I really like how he says he would wait for the subway his whole life it it meant he would spend his last day with her.
