I happened to record this video from the PlayStation release of Twisted Metal 2; whilst sitting in the game's menu (using pSX 1.13, which does a fairly good job at sound emulation). I believe I tried recording audio from sitting in the PC port's menu as well, but it must have not faired much better in quality if I ultimately favored this. It could be that this is simply how the raw loop sounds, though it is just as likely there exists a "master" recording of sorts.
